It's nice to sit in the balcony in the evening. There's a Gaisano Mall on walking distance, but the main road is narrow and there's a lot of traffic. It's not very comfortable to walk to the mall and it even feels unsafe.

Very clean and comfortable room It was an off the main street property , which road was flooded with water. It's kind of scary to site, but once we are in the property, it is a hidden jewel.

Yes, it's down a narrow alley from the main street. But the people there are nice. Other reviewers might have felt uncomfortable but, it is full of families, kids, dogs, cats goats and everyone is friendly and say hello to you as you walk by. Never felt unsafe at night walking through there. Without heavy traffic, you are 15-20 minutes from the airport. About a 180 pesos white taxi ride. Ruby will make sure that you have a taxi at the time you need! The area is quiet after 9pm or so. Ciela, daughter of the owners, is very pleasant and is always there to assist in anything you need. The room is immaculately clean, the a/c works well and there is hot water for the shower, in a large bathroom. The beds are comfortable too. Also, a refrigerator is there, as is a tv, if you like. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. There are some mosquitoes, but after you dispatch them , you can remain mosquito free the rest of your stay. I never had to wake up from sleeping to hunt one down.
