Cooking facilities and hot. Water dispenser. Air conditioner in every room. Corkage charge of 500 pesos if drinks from outside are brought into the house. Hotel showed a list of their drinks with prices No waste bin in kitchen area, In first floor bathroom faucet slightly loose on sink. No toilet paper roll in toilets.

Spacious accommodation with equipped kitchen. Close to the airport, they have their own Van for airport transfers. Shower door was broken - the maintenance and security person had to remove it for safety. AC at the middle room was beeping. Swimming pool was not clean. Management needs to do some repair and maintenance.

The location was convenient. Staff are very friendly. The property is rundown due to lack of good maintenance. Toilet seats are broken, wall paint is chipped, place is dusty and dirty, kitchen cabinets smell, kitchen utensils was dirty and dusty when we checked in, microwave doesn’t work was never replaced even how many times I asked during our stay.

Had a pool Way over priced considering the state the property was in. No toilet paper or hose for cleaning, just a bucket and tabo. After you book they send incessant messages. De,a gong 500 pesos if you want to take drinks to your room. Ban inviting guests to your room. So many rules and conditions posted in side the room it was ridiculous. Marketed and priced as a foreigner resort but just not up to standard at all despite the pretty pics in the listing. One of the most disappointing places I have ever stayed in terms of reality expectations

Closer to Mactan Airport. The place is dirty, bathrooms flooded, AC not working. Not recommended for older guest as the stairs is so stiff.

Staff was nice and helpful Place smelled like dead fish, air conditioning was poor, the rooms were dirty and full of bugs, toilet seat was loose or broke. Rooms were so small no room for luggage. The coffee table was broken, the stove was covered in grease, and had no water for sale only beer.

Flies and cockroaches. There's too many flies inside the unit. 2nd floor shower is unusable on Unit 5.

The staff are absolutely terrific the first villa we were shown was very disappointing to say the least. The 2nd villa we were shown was not much better. Now we booked for 15 people and were told it would be accommodated for. There were 4 double beds and 2 single mattresses for the floor, so we made it work but we had to ask for a kettle ,a microwave, some cooking utensils, cups or glasses as this was supposed to be a functioning kitchen. Had to ask for adaptors and leads to get their tv working as leads had been stripped out. All these requests and Alicia was always polite, courteous and respectful. The rooms are very old and nothing like the photos online when booking the property and barely a wardrobe in the villa. The location of the villas is very intimidating and without hiring their van transportation you feel trapped there it's very probable you would not risk leaving the property. Pro's and cons Pro's Female staff were exceptional and would assist you with any requests you had, they were polite and helpful.and a credit to themselves. Value for money is borderline at its best. A/C worked fine Pool was refreshing Cons False photos of residence and your villa is nothing like their online photos. Location in a very dubious part of the suburb.with an onsite 10 pm curfew. Villa is not ready for you 500 piso corkage charge Would I go back. NO Would I recommend it. NO.

None The bathroom was leaking and it stinks. We informed the front desk and nothing was done about it. The following morning I went to the front desk and the manager said “ We don’t have maintenance at night. We will take care of it today” . The AC in one of the rooms was not working. The bathrooms walls were stained. Needs repainting. The wall sockets were not working. There was a worm wriggling in one of the bathrooms!

What I like the most is that it's an apartment size accommodation spacial for big family What I didn't like the most is the fact that I FELT so deceived the photos as they advertise are not at all accurate. Although we gave them enough time and paid for extra fees for early check in at 130pm our apartment wasn't clean and yet they assured us that it was ready. Bathrooms were filthy, water pressure was horrible, toilets didn't flush and it was very difficult to shower.thabk God we were out on a tour most of the time. So don't stay here if you don't have to.
