Was somewhat warm although staff explained

The hotel is very close to the airport. Best if you want a comfortable stay while on your lay over. No hot water for the shower.

No AC and was just provided with electric fan in summer heat. The place was bit old and gloomy with limited option for food. No help extended for luggage

Refrigerator in room not working. When reported, they were unable to fix and offered no solution.

Arrived at 2 am. Met by concierge staff outside to help with baggage. Palatial sized room with lounge, two bathrooms and a bath! Very comfortable and relaxing after 16 hours of international travel.

During my stay, A/C system was in maintenance as advised by the staff. It was not so cool, generally you would feel warmer than usual. Room temperature didn’t go cooler than 24 degrees C

The air conditioning wasn’t working. The room itself, although clean is a bit tired & worn out. The shower doesn’t have any partition from the commode & the floor very slippery after taking a shower. The room space is small.

Air condition is not working where my mom was staying, they only provided her an electric fan, not even offering to transfer her to a new room, until I made an international call for her to transfer her to the air condition room.

Location to the airport was very good. I would only stay there again if I had an early flight out. The hotel is old and in need of maintenance. They only provided 2 small bottles of water despite not having drinkable water available from the taps. They offered us a free dinner or breakfast due to the air-conditioning not working but when we arrived they told us they had put us in a room with air-conditioning so they reneged on the meal offer. The room was meant to be an upgrade but came with two single beds despite booking one large bed. We asked them to change the bed, they said they would but they didn't. The hotel looks worn out.

We were unable to stay due to AC being shut down for 5 days. We had to find a new hotel.

The hotel's air conditioning was not working properly during my stay. The room was uncomfortable because it was too warm, and the issue was not resolved promptly. They are not entertaining complaints if you booked online.I hope the hotel improves its maintenance to provide a better experience for future guests.

The hotel manager Mrs Ginalyn was outstanding. The air-conditioned was not working she did an amazing job trying to make sure we was comfortable. Put a fan in the room, I had a flight at 7am and she did all she could do to make it comfortable. And the staff in the dining area was outstanding. The air-conditioned was not working

Despite the hotel being old, the breakfast buffet definitely did not disappoint. The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment we arrive at the airport, our experience was disappointing. The hotel’s pick up vehicle, an innova, looked poorly maintained, had no airconditioning. And felt more like a junk car not a hotel shuttle. When we arrive at the hotel, the property had a strong old , musty smell that was noticeable from the lobby all the way to our room. Giving the impression of mold, to make matters worse , the toilet flush frequently malfunctioned. Which was quite inconvenient.
