Did not stay here. They would not honor the rate I booked at on Booking.com for some reason. It was only a couple dollars less from what I saw advertised the day I was to arrive?

Staff were very kind. On-site laundry was quick and cheap. TV didn't work at all. internet was out the entire stay. Poor location, very loud street nearby.

Bathroom was big. knee room for a sit down in the shower is important for 6ft people. Some buildings do not take that into consideration. This one does. Laundry is down stairs cheap, fast, excellent. No Deposit when you pay online. gal at deck very helpful, very professional. Get a phone charge up 3 mins down the road. Western Union at the crossing. early morning coffee at papabo's. just about 4 minute walk.across the street from the 7 11, which has adaptors for your electrionics. Trike will get you to the pier. Great bar at the pier. shout out to Uncle Mike. Big Mall also with a Western Union and Money changer north on a trike 3 minutes. 13P to 20P depending on skin color. Fridge in room but lots of places to eat. Papabos has excellent pizza and pool table. Wave Cafe on the Property is also excellent for those who enjoy there coffee around 11am ish. J Walk is about 8 minutes by trike 3 swimming pools and very nice place to eat right on the water. excellent value. Too and from the airport is very short trip. Its all good.

the room is big enough, ample of space for us to open our luggages and nice staff too. also, there’s a nearby 7/11. in a quite area, you can totally have a good rest after a long series of flights. stayed overnight while waiting for our flight the next day. we stayed in a ground level room yet the water pressure for the shower is still low. no electric kettle, you have to rent it for 50php. a bit difficult to find a taxi or even booking a grabcar, it took awhile for us to find one.

First impressions is it is worth the money if you get the discounted price. Very good sized room and table also. Laundry onsite is a very good touch as well. Enjoyed it though and kept extending the stay It is in need of renovation for the price of the room. So much metal corroded, much wear and tear and could do with a decent deep clean. I got many bug bites

The staff are very nice. I booked a room for two nights. I checked out after one night. The soundproofing was so poor that other guests disturbed my rest. I heard a lot of noisy children. If you want a quieter room to sleep, don't choose this here.

The room is clean and tidy The sound insulation effect of the room is not good, and it will be particularly noisy when someone talks loudly outside the door in the morning.
