Las camas estaban muy bien para descansar, el clima estaba super excelente la sabanas que tenian guardadas como extra nos ayudo bastante y nos gusto el clima del agua el lavamanos estaba tapado y se llenaba de agua y no se iba pronto, la television no servia el control y es demasiada vieja la pantalla, les sugiero actualizar por unas mas recientes con controles de buena calidad, ademas, me hubiera gustado estar mas cerca de la alberca para disfrutarla mas tiempo y ademas los horarios de la alberca hubiera estado increible que fuera de las 12 pm a 12 am

Pool The property rooms were truly not clean. Second day of our stay there we’re cucarachas in the restroom and in our bed there were bugs.

The pool is very nice, the property is clean Room looks very old, the mattress arent comfortable at all, you have to cover yourself with the bed coversheets, not even a blanket or some, tv is way too old with only four channels available, room white towels looks like they clean the floors with them, for the price the breakfeast isnt included, paid for room with pool view with extra charge, they gave me one that was already occupied and they gave me another far away that you have to go thru lobby all wet in your swimsuit to get to the room

Comfortable bed,beautiful room and very cool room considering the hot weather, very nice stay, the staff very professional I wish I could stay a whole month

El area de recepción en la noche da mucho que desear, el servicio por WhatsApp nulo, necesitaba algo y mande WhatsApp NUNCA CONTESTARON , fui a recepción y el empleado de cabello chino de lo mas patán que puede haber, jamás dejo su teléfono y jamás atendió las necesidades mínimas que le solicite, todo lo contrario de la mañana ahí si excelente servicio y atención
