We traveled almost 3 hours arriving at 4:40pm and the system was down. Dudley was amazing and kind! He kept apologizing for the inconvenience and stated the system should be up within 5-10 minutes. Sadly, the system was not up and running and we weren't checked in until after 7:30pm ( No fault of Dudley). Of the many Tru hotels we have stayed at this was the worst one. The room was humid and hair balls on the floor, chair had stains, and the A/C was loud.

This was the first time I stayed on the property abd it won't be the last. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff were friendly.

Room and facilities were clean. Breakfast was included. Hotel is located within walking distance to Aldi and restaurants. We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Riverland community.

My favorite hotel in the area

The morning front desk young lady was very nice. The front desk night staff was horrible. When I first arrived in my room, the sheets had hair on them and they were dirty. Housekeeping cleaned the room, but didn't replace the bedding. I reported it, and the front desk agent told me she was understaffed. I had to remove the sheets myself and shortly after someone from housekeeping came up to assist. No compensation was offered.
