The overall experience was not pleasant. Cold water, a/c not working. Extremely hot hotel halls and rooms. Terrible, towels and bead sheets.
-
Nothing For the price the place is definitely not worth it. Old hotel with an expensive price
-
the room was dirty the blankets had stained o then the bathroom had hair on the shower wall not enough water pressure for the shower and to flush the toilet
-
Pretty out of date, there’s work being done so you can’t sleep in due to loud construction banging. The food was not good, had no flavor and was under the impression that it was included but it was another extra fee. The beds were pretty small and a bit hard. The bathroom shower was not the best either, it was kinda hard trying to get a warm shower in & the pressure was very low.

Location The hotel is falling apart, old, no maintenance, room phone not working, wifi not working, very few credit card terminals, sheets and towels disgusting.
-
Their staff The room was dirty and the bead spread and sheets smelled bad. We paid extra for breakfast and by the time we arrived at the restaurant there was no food. We asked if they were bringing out more and they said no. Not good

We went mid June and it was very hot the AC was set to “68” but the room was hot. We asked to change rooms and it was still the same in the new room. Sliding door to go out to terrace was jammed and they were unable to fix. Bedding in the first room was also not clean.
-
Not a thing The air conditioner wasn’t working in the room and it was never addressed by the staff
-
Easy location Dirty and lights turned off

Beautiful place My unit: not enough hot water, the water pressure it was to slow at the shower, there were some areas that were not clean, missing essential items like a microwave coffee maker, also received a call from executive housekeeper upset asking me if I was leave the unit when I extended my stay, (miss communication with the front desk)

The place isn't very clean. As soon as you walk in, there's a smell and no air circulation at all. Our room was smelly and hot. Carpet is disgusting with a musty smell and needs to be replaced. I had to ask for the bedding to be replaced with clean sheets and still had to place my own on top since there was visible stains and hairs. Bathroom door didn't work. Maintenance had to remove pieces to avoid getting locked in/out of bathroom. I do not recommend this place. Very expensive for the quality of room.
