very resort feel. felt like a cruise ship. Crowded front desk, crowded elevators, breakfast table turnover was slow and hot food ran out and had to wait. There were no directions at check in like where to get towels for the pool. The sign in the lobby said towel service was outside in reality we had to wait 15 min in line at reception and it was a 10euro deposit per towel. Expensive hotel for what we got.

It was always really busy. Silvia, our breakfast Waiter is really amazing. The weather was not great, but Menorca has a lot of great places to visit.

The location Terrible breakfast specially close to the closing time where we’re left with the leftovers . You have to pay to clean/exchange Beach towels Paid parking even when it’s empty

Great hotel, really clean, staff super friendly, lots of smiles for us and even more for our 7 month old. The food was great, I thought there were lots of options, lots of different fish dishes throughout the week, particularly enjoyed the sushi and crevette special nights. Lovely pool area, great location with sun throughout the day and bars nearby including a snack / food area if you need to eat between meal times. Amazing little beach nearby with cool swimming areas. We really can't fault anything. We were a family of 3 with a 7 month old so cant comment on nighttime entertainment but the Animation staff were always around getting people involved in activities. Nothing

Fantastic hotel, staff very friendly, nice bedroom, everywhere so clean and the buffet meals are perfect - great selection. Enjoyed our short stay and would definitely go back again.
