Village Haven Inn & Extended Stay

Had a 2 bed room for 2 occupants and had 1 towel..2 washcloths and 1 hand towel… shower was filthy and the BR door was taped together with black tape.. that didn’t stick so was not together… curtains didn’t close.. the ridge in room tray below freezer was gross… just unreal.. can’t believe EXPEDIA LIST THEM .. the pictures of the rooms are nothing like the rooms … floors a filthy… just gross!! They should refund my money for such a crappy listing!!! I left one day early!!

Staff broke into my room and then gave the room to someone else after they stole some of my property

We liked nothing about this place at all Everything there was dirty and disgusting. We had no trash can in our room for our garbage there was one towel for 3 of us that had to shower and the cockroaches came out of the light fixtures when you did shower. There were tweeters and gross people hanging out by their sess pool of nastiness. There were holes in the walls and you could tell nothing had been actually cleaned there in a really long time. The owner of this place should be ashamed.

Would avoid at all costs.

It was the worst hotel. I checked in early went to a wedding. Went to my room about 12 am went to go in there were people in the room called front office gave me another room walked in it was dirty and smelled like urine walked out handed key in drop box. Never stayed put complaint into Expedia waiting to see if I get a refund. This place is disgusting 😡. Will never stay there ever.

This place was extremely dirty and nothing like the photos. The pictures appear to be heavily edited or AI-generated because the actual property looks completely different. The condition was so disappointing that I checked out and moved to another hotel.

It was horrible. They cancelled my reservation without any notice. They said they email me but they didn’t. Never book them again.

Nothing We got there at 3:30 and the room was not cleaned yet the owner said give us about 20 minutes. Well 30 minutes later it still wasn't done. So we went to go eat and came back and hour later, it wasn't done so we got a different room. That room was so was dirty. It had dirt and hair all over both beds. We requested a king room and got a double queen cause they don't have any king beds. Both bed had dirt on the sheets and hair. Floor was dirty and had bugs on it. I will not recommend this nasty place.

Never got to stay the 3 nights we booked, they overbooked and had nowhere for us to stay for 3 days.

The room was so spacious it was unreal the location you couldn't ask for anything more there was shopping next door, coffee shops it was somewhat quiet. The exterior is reminiscent of something that you would find in the deep Middle East or in Italy. It's not about like or dislike it's about what's right. It is sad to say that the property is generally run down both on the interior and exterior and the grounds badly need attending too, the pool was not open and the gazebo is rotting. The paint was peeling from the bathtub, there was mold on the wall and also on the ceiling. The Heat AC Vent had not been cleaned. There were electrical issues in the bath area specifically above the bath. Missing light bulbs. The water was hard to regulate and the hot water was so hot that my grandson was almost scorched. The windows were missing screens. The room was not cleaned properly. I think with a good deal of money to rehab the property this property would be a go-to destination for almost anyone.

Inn was overbooked, no rooms available upon arrival. The front desk didn’t even have my reservation on file.

False advertising! The facility didn't look anything like the pictures online! Also, the booking site said "No age restrictions" but when my 20 year old son arrived after a 2.5 hour trip, they wouldn't let him check in because he wasn't 21. The person at the desk was difficult to understand and was of no help to me or my son, just stating to call and speak to the manager in the morning.

Had booking then got there and said they were full. Had to go through booking something else and get a refund on this one.......

Room 124 was next to 10 never ending hours of non-stop yelling in room 125, yelling at each other, by adults and children, all through the night, might have been ten people in the room too. Management did nothing to rectify the situation. A man walked out of the room bare chested with a vodka bottle middle of winter drunk. Do not stay at this place. Smells gross and no end to the likely criminal activity on site.

I had a room reservations but when I arrived I was told there were no vacancies and they were overbooked. Never again!

Literally nothing! They were so rude and won’t refund me after I found a literal roach and it was so disgusting inside. It was so dirty and gross and there were bugs and build up. It hadn’t been cleaned in idk how long. No toilet paper or towels or anything

Booked room through Expedia but upon arrival they were overbooked need a refund
