Food and accommodation was great. Room was situated on ground level and the opening of the restaurant patio doors good be heard clearly. The pillows were hard as a rock, and it would be nice to offer alternatives.

Everything was as was expected and promised. Thank you. The bed is wide and comfortable. It is however way too short for anyone close to 2.85m tall (6 feet) I ordered an Eisbein for supper on Saturday. I asked beforehand if it was an Eisbein or a "hock". They assured be an Eisbein but it was indeed a front quarter hock and not a hind quarter. This is considerably smaller with less meat than an Eisbein. This was a let-down, and I did not take it further because it is not the waiter's issue. Other food was very good.

We loved our stay here! Our room was beautiful and the Mountain views were stunning. We even had dinner here and the food was good. I can highly recommend.

The room was comfortable although a few more blankets would have been welcomed. The breakfast is nice but nothing spectacular. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no door on the shower so water goes everywhere and it's cold.

This is such a cozy place. The rooms are well kept, even though it was colder weather we had AC and electric blankets. Which I appreciated. Room service is also great! I didn’t like the open door shower. It can get a little messy on the floor

Friendly, professional staff. The hotel is surrounded by mountains in a stunning part of South Africa. Rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. We ordered room service after a long journey, which was delicious. Breakfast was included.

Breakfast was nice. Spacious rooms for kids. Our room smelled of smoke everytime we returned from somewhere and we are not smokers.

Breakfast was delicious and the menu changed daily. The room was very spacious, bed comfortable and mineral water was provided daily. The view was magnificent especially at night. It would be nice to have some fresh bakes like scones and/ or muffins for breakfast.
