The neighbour's received cellphone messages during the night and didn't have their phone on silent and we could hear it through the walls.

The location was great... everything was well set out, careful thought was given to coffee stations, crockery etc. Kitchen facilities were great and beds were very comfy and large. The only complaint is that we could hear the people of the establishment next door partying way past midnight... in fact till 2am!

The place was beautiful, clean and perfectly looked after, everything was very thought off , the fan, the heater, and perfectly placed. Loved the option of a smart TV and Wi-fi never buffered even once , excellence service. It was peaceful. I could`ve easily extended our stay. The host shared good information and kept us updated of any changes. Palesa was only there when we needed her . They need to be flexible with the check in times.

Well located and great for a quick stop over. Kitchen is well stocked. Check in was a bit of a disaster. Arrived to find our unit was taken by other guests in error. The staff member on site was not trained to welcome guests. A little embarrassing for the foreign tourists who were called back to move their luggage whilst we watched them. In a situation where it is self checkin there should be a lock box outside each unit to avoid situations like this.
