Gateway Inn and Suites

I really just want to give a shout out to Justin or Jason who was at the front desk when I checked in on the morning of the 23rd at 2:00 a.m. he was a real person who understood real needs and not a kiosk with somebody however far away trying to do whatever they're doing. it's called the hospitality business for a reason and that man showed hospitality I had a bad experience at a hotel right before that the Days inn Windham in oak Grove Pembroke and he made my night just made my night so much better. so shout out to you homie I told you I'd leave you a good review and I am

They didn’t have anything they claimed to have. They have roaches & the rooms are nasty. Do not go

Stepping into the room: it smelled, the ac when turned on sounded like a laun mower and stayed like that. The carpet was nasty to walk on barefoot. Everything was stained; the towels, bed sheets, walls, toilet seat.

Good price for a comfortable night stay.

Not enough towels only given two for family of five. Was given upstairs room when needed downstairs due to disability. The beds were not queens like it stated when I paid n reserved They were very small kike a full. Online states complimentary breakfast which they had none not even a coffee pot in room. TV had very few channels.

Nothing It was literally terrifying. We spent a total of two hours before I left and went and got another place. It smelled like marijuana. I had prepaid, so I lost my money, but it was worth my peace of mind.

Everything was bad 1 star Crack house at best

The staff were very kind and accommodating. Joshua was a huge help. Tv didnt work. Bathroom light didn’t work. Outlet by the bed was ripped out of the wall and we couldn’t use it.

We got a refund and didn't stay there. Room smelled like smoke. Patches on the walls and furniture was damaged and in poor condition. Would never stay there.

The owns are rube and they didn’t understand that dogs do have periods too. They so disrespectful owns

I do not like the fact that my pet was not welcome there

I found 2 roches. The bed linen was dirty.

The location was perfect That it has roaches coming out of no where
