I had a booking at Camelot in Clearwater, FL, for the 3rd to the 6th. We arrived and had to call an emergency number because there were no attendants at the hotel. I was given a code for a lock box that had an envelope with my name with the room info and keys. The office was a window by the pool that was surrounded by rooms. This was very uncomfortable, being that I was staying with my 2 daughters, and there were primarily men at the pool drinking beer. You could also hear everything from the room. When going into the room, it was unclean. Beds weren't made, crumbs on the floor, table, counter, and stove; a used coffee cup with coffee in it was on a side table. I called the number again and had to wait for a call back. They had an excuse for the issue, had no one to clean it, and no way for me to access supplies to clean it. They had no other room available. She refunded me, and I literally had nowhere to stay with my 2 daughters. I had to find a hotel and pay more at the last minute. I'm not happy at all with this arrangement. I feel I should be given the difference of what I had to pay for my stay there.

Very beautiful rooftop to hang out on, very close to the beach and all the stores, friendly staff, clean and nice-looking room with kitchen included, and even beach chairs and accessories available for guests all for a pretty affordable price. Just the bathroom was very small and a little dirty.

Property was spotless… My room was so clean… Same for the bathroom… Same for the kitchen ,it was wonderful having the refrigerator that was there so that I could use it. My granddaughter and I did not use the pool… only because the beach was just across the street, which was wonderful… The pool was delightful to look at as the water was so clean. The property exceeded my expectation!

We were across the street from the beach! We walked to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and we had plenty of room for 4 of us, 3 adults and one child who was 5 years old. We loved the pool, plenty of towels and toys for kids to use in the pool. The staff was very friendly and offered to let us use the pool after we checked out. They allowed us to park a little longer so we could grab some breakfast and coffee before we left, which was across the street! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Will definitely stay again!

I love this place the staff is EXEMPLARY. From mgmnt to house keeping. It’s clean cute & comfortable. This is my place from now on. It’s quiet not a lot of ppl running around. I actually relaxed here. can’t wait for my next visit. The manager was so helpful with the parking and everything. whoever owns this place u should thank the stars for your staff. The housekeeper was so sweet she showed me the renovations going on & they’re making it EVEN CUTER. it’s like the CLEAR WATER hotel CALIFORNIA. Lol I didn’t wanna leave. Right across from the beach. Easy walk Thanks Camelot you were a DREAM ? Nothing everything was perfect

There was nothing we didn't like.

Loved everything!!! The rooms were spacious, except the bathrooms, but that was ok too, because its not like ya spend a lot of time in there. It was close to the beach & restaurants. Loved that a 7-11 was right across the street....love the rooftop view. The furbabies even enjoyed the trip. There was nothing I didn't like.

Staff was excellent, location is awesome. Nice, clean room. Loved grilling on the rooftop deck. Excellent experience overall. There was nothing we didn't like.

The suites were spacious and clean. The parking was awful. Not enough spaces for guests. Employees and workers parked in the limited spaces. You could call and get a pass to park in public parking. They only staff office until 4. The key cards stopped working consistently so had to call. I felt bad for the person on the other line because we had to call a lot.

The property provides everything you may need on your trip from sand toys for kids to beach towels and chairs! Would definitely recommend
