A little disappointed when booking a gulf view room and receiving a view of the parking lot when arriving. We stayed for 3 nights and they were able to relocate us to a room with a much better view for the last 2 nights of our stay. The place was a little bit out dated and the room ac wasn’t great. However the staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was clean, the bars were nice and the beach access was awesome. Overall I thought it was a little pricey for the lack of glamour especially with the $40/day parking, but still a not a bad place to stay in Clearwater.

Getting older. Little pricey for one night stay. Pool music started before 7am waking us up after a long night.

The only problem is there are costs that don’t really appeal to me. A resort fee cost? Seriously I’ve already reserved the room and now you’re charging a resort fee? Makes no sense to me and it’s another 35 dollars that was unexpected.

The carpets smelled funny, and the air conditioner is not easy to set up. So I sweat a lot at night.

I liked the fact it was on the beach

I didn’t like where it was all valet parking you couldn’t park your car yourself and they kept your keys they charged $40 a day for valet I wasn’t aware of that when I booked the room. The shower head in the shower wasn’t the best but other than that it was pretty nice. To rent chairs and umbrella for the beach was $100 a day I thought that was very expensive

The staff was very responsive and friendly

Staff were amazing and service was excellent. Building itself showing some wear and tear and the pool was very dirty. Loved the ocean access, cabana rentals and the beach booze wagon!

Unfortunately, the pool was not always very family-friendly during our stay. Many adults were drinking in the pool and seemed unwelcoming toward children. My family enjoyed the pool most after the pool bar closed. The hotel showed Disney movies from sunset until the pool closed, which created a much more enjoyable atmosphere for the many families swimming during those hours.

Great staff …. Hotel and access to beach were perfect.
