The staff was great very professional.

Overall our trip went good. When we first arrived to our first room, we were welcomed with a heavy smell of mildew upon entry. The room was very dirty it gave me that “yucky” feeling. The bathroom was not built the best either since the shower did not rinse dirt down the drain. However, we complained and within five minutes were given another room. We had a few other occurrences but overall the staff were superb!! Very helpful, kind and listened to our needs! I believe the issue is in the housekeeping management but in the times we’re living in it’s very difficult to keep staff so I understand lol the location is beautiful and the amenities are as well. You can rent a bike for an hour, free picture, 30 mins free on kayak/paddleboat or one hr on one and beach yoga. Omg please try the Little Anthony’s pizza spot on Mandalay St sooooo good! Thanks for a good stay!!

Outdoor pool is wonderful. I love the bar and food they have. People come around all the time to get your order. Loved the temperature of the pool

We stayed here 15 years ago and loved it and then again this past week. Hotel needs a major remodel and update! Extremely hard to open sliding glass doors, very dim light in bathroom, way too much $$ to rent chairs and umbrellas when you pay a resort fee, not happy with required valet. Will def not be returning

When booking online, the pricing can be confusing because you pay most of the amount upfront, but then you are charged an additional amount when you arrive to check in, which made it feel like I was paying almost double. I also noticed some issues with the online advertisement. It stated that free WiFi and free breakfast were included, but the WiFi quality was poor and the breakfast actually required an extra charge. Other than those issues, the stay itself was enjoyable and the room was good. I would just recommend making the fees and included amenities more accurate online so guests know exactly what to expect before arriving.

Paid extra for a gulf view and got a sliver of ocean in the distance. Hardly a view at all besides the parking lot. Also our room was SO hot the whole time. However, we loved the hotels location and how close it was to everything. Everything in walking distance.

I liked everything

Staff was friendly, rooms need an upgrade, great location to just walk out of your room and walk along the street to restaurants stores dessert and cvs. Security felt a little unsafe. They charge for umbrellas and chairs at the beach. Hotel on the beach

The pool was cloudy and had debris floating around the entire 7 days .the drinks were 15 each with no alcohol , not good at all. We’re not told about the resort fee if 35 each day. For towels , and the umbrellas on beach all extra charge :(

Muy mala atencion

We had a balcony view. I went out to watch the sunset and clean out my bag. Went in my room, and came out with the security screaming at me from next door balcony about any smoking at which I wasn't. IT was scary as you assume no one is out there when you're 7 stories up. Not sure why he was called, did new guests peek over and see my bag spilled out and assumed I was smoking, bc of ciggs and lighter?

Great location

We enjoyed our stay to the max. Except, we do like to seat on the balcony; our room was on the side where the air conditioner equipment are for the entire hotel and not only noisy but the heat coming onto the balcony was pretty bad. But everything else was perfect. Thank you

Great hotel and location! My family and I had a great stay! Pool and beach access great. Food and drink service also very good. Location in terms of shopping and eating also perfect! The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was the room location. We were on the 5th floor with a gulf view, but directly above all the air conditioners on the roof bellow. So while the view was great, the noise made it difficult to stay on the balcony for too long. However, this did not detract from my stay because I certainly did not travel to Clearwater to sit in the room! We will most definitely be back!

Been coming to this spot for at least 15 years my favorite hotel there and I don’t belive there is another hotel that has the prime location this one has. But the one thing I suggest is new beds!!! I would never want to leave this resort and stay many more days but the beds are not very comfy not really in the room a lot but hard to get moving the next day cause of some soreness from beds but other than that awesome place for family to stay everything at your fingertips

Ac units are extremely LOUD on the 9th floor
