The bed sheets looked unclean with stains

I was in town for a family medical emergency. After driving 24hrs, I didn't stay more than 15 minutes. Long enough to book a room elsewhere. (non-refundable booking so I lost $200) I travel a lot and this was among the worst places I've ever stayed. I did not feel safe here. The photos of the rooms are deceiving. The layers of black dirt smudge down the front of the office door and handle was the first clue. The room was long overdue for cleaning and painting; stains on the walls and floors, drips down the front of the furniture. The tub was disgusting. Refrigerator had crud in the corners. No coffee supplies. Floors hadn't been washed in a very long time. The bedding was iffy with pillows covered in worn cases. The neighborhood is sketchy at best. Enough folks hanging around that the cleaning and painting could be accomplished if they made the effort...! REPLACE THE TUB.

Well maintained with recent renovations. Clean rooms and quite location. Will be back again

Location Ok - Navigation to property awful - Next door hotel closed Room was under repair when checked in. When asked for another room was told it would cost more. Wanted 100 more- Accepted 30 cash to have a fair room that had outlet extension cord issues.

I was charged a $40 security deposit that I still haven't received back. Ive stayed here many times and was never charged a deposit.

The deposit for this small rinky dink place is ridiculous. Wouldn't ever book here again, the night shift guy was rude and impolite. Still haven't received my deposit back yet.

Last minute availability. Office manager friendly. Upon entering room, a small frig sat with tiny microwave on top of it. Blank wall, bare counter, marked floor. Light bulbs had no shades or coverings. No closet! No ice machine! No coffee machine, no anything. Dressers old & missing draws. AC unit in bedroom needed vents to be cleaned. ? Central AC? MOLD around floor in bathroom. For the money, I felt like a bed in a room with marked floors, no closet, no bulb covers, old marked up dressers, mold in bathroom, no ice, no coffee options, dirty AC inside unit , I paid for a very misleading advertisement & misleading pictures.

Great atmosphere great customer service I'm very clean very well informed the policy and procedure and stuff This overall great visit will be staying there more often thank you very much! You did great $40 deposit had to be in cash besides that nothing else More information on weekly rates

A little hard to get to as the roads converge and depart strangely at this location. The manager was not as friendly as I would have liked. Neighborhood was marginal.

Very awkward approach to the property due to one-way roads.

Everything was great

The place lacks on amenities. No kleenex in rooms, breakfast included was a joke. No ice buckets and when i requested ice they gave me a solo cup full.

Parking was okay

The room we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures in the preview. Located at a very inconvenient intersection. Bathroom had a fresh mess.

I've stayed here multiple times in the past few months and I don't have any complaints. Newly painted rooms & clean quite.

We didn't like this old motel. There were dirty wash cloths in the bathroom and crumbs on the bed. Was it even cleaned?
