I had to leave the property as soon as I stepped in the room. The lobby has a musty, mildew smell. The front desk young lady was nice and helpful. The room had dust, hair, and a ripped sheet. The bathroom has stains on the walls, the mattress is stained. The room smells as well. I had to call the third party I booked with and explain the situation, the representative was helpful and called the facility and the refund was approved.

Close to campus, staff was amazing, amenities were ehh, breakfast was small, gym was out of service.

The room was clean. The building doesn’t look the best on the outside. The colors don’t match and flow in the room Zoar in the hallways. They need new carpet and some updating. The staff showed lots of hospitality and were very accommodating.

Do not stay here. What a rip off. If I paid $75 for the night I wouldn’t be so upset. I stayed here when moving my son into Clemson. The owners increase prices and take advantage of people who are visiting Clemson. They should take some of that money and refresh this building. Actually could use a total rehab and update. The room I stayed in (108) was disgusting and sooooo outdated. The shower door didn’t close and had visible mold. It’s really insulting to pay almost $300 to stay in a room with creaky bed, locker for a closet, analog TV with no streaming capabilities and the most disgusting shower I’ve ever seen. I’m so mad and feel so taken advantage of. The staff was meh. I couldn’t wait to get home to shower and wash my clothes, it was that disgusting. Ridiculously overpriced. Don’t stay here

if you are looking for a simple breakfast like bagel and butter or cream cheese, just look for another place to stay.

The room was clean. Breakfast was included but very minimal.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very convenient for our Clemson graduation the next morning. The breakfast was not great but otherwise a great place to stay.

Good value. Breakfast was good. Parking accessible. Main area of room was clean. The shower had a little mildew under the swinging shower door.

It was clean Breakfast was pitiful. Only 2 bagels out, hash browns were old and hard, no cereal, no fruit, no muffins, no toast. We were very disappointed with selection.

The beds are awful!!!! It's like sleeping on springs with no padding!!! Didn't get much sleep!

Overall the hotel was out of date, old looking, all the concrete out front was broken.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During my stay, my phone disappeared. Later it was found at the front desk, but after getting it back I discovered that I could no longer unlock it, even though I had always used the same PIN before. As a result, I lost access to important personal data, photos, and information stored on the device. I cannot say who was responsible, but the fact that my phone disappeared and was later returned in a condition that prevented me from accessing it completely destroyed my trust in this hotel. I strongly recommend that future guests never leave phones, wallets, passports, or any valuables unattended. Keep your important belongings with you at all times. I hope the hotel improves its security and investigates situations like this more seriously
