Broken Ice machines, no fitness center, roaches in the room. floors wet from the air conditioner, sketchy parking lot, police always on site. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!

Need more cleaning the rooms no good

Stayed in room 258, had a clogged toilet...and room was smelly.. .

The room we had we nasty, there was hella hair all in the sheets the changed our rooms then that room was not right I will never go back again

This is the most disgusting place. It needs to be taken off of the website as rental option. It’s clearly a front for something and they have stripped it of everything. Shady characters, nothing worked, it smelled like cigarette and marijuana spoke in the entire building. Our room was nastyyyyy we had to go

The toilet was dirty, there was someone’s hair, not mine on the bathroom floor. Questionable spots everywhere and it smells awful. Sleep in your car before here. The parking lot was full of people loitering around.

Location was good It’s filthy. Hallways, rooms…filthy. Also, no safety. Definitely did not feel safe. Clerk is behind plexiglass for their safety, but you’re on your own.

We couldn’t check in this hotel at the first night. The second day when we arrive there. The indian front desk said we didn’t book the room. After I show him my ID and my reservation on my phone and explained him why we can’t make it. He said because of you didn’t check in. They cancel my reservation. And I didn’t get any email or messages about they cancel my reservations. We had a car accident and almost not sleep for 24 hours. We just want to rest in our hotel and they told us that they don’t have any room for us. There’s nothing they can do. And they kick us out. Be careful with they cancel your reservation without telling or email or message you. This is a terrible situation for everyone.

Moldy shower

The property is in a great location and the price was fair. The room was very dirty and needed some work. The toilet was very loose and all of the walls and floors were dirty. The tub had mold in it and needed it to be rehabbed

Nice staff Place was digusting, pissy bedding, dirty trash cans, pubic or facial hair on the sink, dirty shower and shower curtains, smelly damped carpet throughout the facility, dark rooms, lamps barely worked i had better ststs for this price someone need to call tge health department on this place

Helpful staff and a clean room at a good price

It smelled so bad and there was no water pressure in the shower and it said they had a pool on the add but they didn't

The room was good, from the smell you could tell they had painted in the last day or two. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and the floors of the hallways, elevators, and lobby were not well cleaned. As an overnight stay, the room was okay for the price.

The towels didn’t look clean

I’m not sure if they were in the middle of remodeling but my room I stayed in was very dirty. The floor was not vacuumed, sheets and covers had cigarette burns in them, trash was still in the room from a previous guest and it just was not up to par.

Everything about it unfortunately I was traveling it was late and I was already locked in. Hotel was a complete nightmare.

Location and access to everything I know in the area was perfect. It was nice to be right in the middle of where my house is and my girlfriends so I could pick her up and relax instead of driving a lot. The fact that there wasn't an ICE machine and I had to sttop everything I was doing and drive to a gas station to buy a bag of ice, that I then had to leave in the sink so it wouldn't leak all over the floor was a HUGE issue for a Hotel. That is a BASIC amenity.

The staff was friendly and accommodating to are needs and the rooms were clean.
