They staff needs to know how to talk to customers with better communication skills

The rooms have a heavy smell of smoke and weed. Overall, the city where the property is located is safe. Difficult to say if the hotel itself is safe though. You should look up past news online which mention the property and make your own judgement. The room was clean, but run-down toilet, bathtub and sink (all had cigarette or roach burns on them), floors are old and again worn. There was no sign of critters, thanks Lord. Property is kept with basic cleaning but there is just not much more to say, other than you get the value of what you pay. So in case of an emergency, it suits just fine. Plenty of restaurants in the area and very close to the highway. So not a bad review, just to beware if you are looking for a standard hotel.

We needed to pull around the back of the motel to access our room and when we did, there were individuals in their cars just sitting in their cars. I don’t know what kind of activity is going on back there, but we did not feel safe. Our room had the nightstand in between the beds not there. It looks like it was removed from the wall like it used to hang there there were gaps in the wood floors about an inch thick. It was definitely a tripping hazard. It was a very rundown room. We did not stay. We asked for a refund and they said no we had already prepaid for it through the Expedia app so we were very upset about that. Expedia was it’s still ongoing. We’ll see if we get a refund. I do not recommend this motel.

Clean and welcoming. Convenient and around everything

We had to go buy hand soap & there aren’t enough outlets, specifically around the bed, only 1 nightstand. But it was clean, the bed comfortable & the towels were soft. I expected noise being a Saturday night, but it stayed pretty quiet.

That’s it has a hot tub I work at the airport so this gives me time to soak my body with out having to fight other to get a turn When we got there the cleaners was cleaning but I don’t know if they didn’t get a second to do my room or if they didn’t clean good but I don’t make it a big deal because I always go over and clean it myself but if it was someone else’s they would’ve been disappointed

Bugs and waste in the bed on the bedsheets !!!! Disgusting. We didn’t even stay 2 minutes and left and request the money back. The property is still refusing to refund the money despite telling us to our face they would !!!!!!

The room was clean and the in room hot tub was wonderful. They are a little outdated but otherwise I have no complaints.

No doubt the location is great! More than enough parking and well lit for safety.

Food options (Bob Evan’s, Cracker Barrel and a deli) are walkable. Easy freeway access. I enjoyed the in room jetted tub.

Where do I start.. The floors were bowed The toilet leaked water when flushed.. there were blue stripper lights up along the ceiling.. The furniture was scratched all over not just a few nicks here and there The floors were bowed I could go on and on

Parking was very convenient! They didn’t have the room I initially booked so they upgraded me to a deluxe room for free!

No pool. Only coffee. Not terrible for the price.
