Good location Staff unhelpful when reported blocked drain in the shower. items went missing from room. Staff member wasn't interested and wasn't happy at being inconvenienced as he wanted to watch the football. I got told to contact booking.com to deal with the issues as he was unable to do anything. Had to get a family member in UK to contact booking.com I spent all night at the police station reporting the crime only for the items to miraculously reappear in the managers office the next morning. A technician walked into one of the rooms that i had booked without knocking. Rooms are small.

Always a comfortable stay whenever I book a room at ibis Clichy centre mairie. The staff are very considerate and accommodating. There is ac to beat the heat of the summer. The location is a few steps away from the metro line 13 so it's not too far from the centre of Paris. Nothing.

It's an Ibis as many others but what felt different were the reception guys. They are genuinely nice and welcoming Rooms are small and pricey but it's Paris...

Well situated for the centre of Clichy and for the Metro Room was clean at the rear of the hotel so quiet Bed was comfortable The few staff we met were amiable. Room was tiny it was difficult to access and exit the bathroom due to the smallness of the bedroom and bathroom.No hand towels supplied

It is close to metro station Every day we have different issues. First day, air conditioner was not working, Second day, the staff did not fill the body wash and they took our towerls and they did not replace it for new ones. And the third day, the key access did not open our room. Recepcionist staff did not communicate well in english

The reception staff and kitchen staff were extremely friendly and cooperative and helpful. The location of the hotel is also very good and in close proximity to metro, bus stop and supermarket. I had only 2 issues with the place - (1) The room given to us was extremely small even for Ibis standards. The toilets/bathroom was even worse as a big guy would not be able to use the toilet and shower; and (2) Despite of us putting a do not disturb sign on the door the hotel staff would just barge inside to do the cleaning.

Compact, simple, clean and safe hotel with a good value for money. The location is also nice, quiet but lively with supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation closeby.
