Absolutely stunning views. Host was incredible & attentive.

The location was gorgous, the room was lovely - large, clean and cosy (key for a February Stay). Frederique was very friendy, provided great dinner recommendations and the breakfast was excellent. She made fresh scones and an excellent omelett for my vegetarian wife.

Lovely location by the ocean. Only a 10 minute drive into Clifden. Very friendly host. Comfortable room. I will plan on staying here again if I return to Clifden area.

It was beautiful, great views and cozy vibes Nothing

Great views. Small room and small bathroom. Luckily we had packed an overnight bag (left big bags in car) because our big bags wouldn’t have fitted in the room.

Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, good breakfast

Great views from the property. Our hostess was very helpful, informative, and gave us great advice with the storm that was hitting the area.

The location was spectacular! The views alone are worth the price, but our hostess really made it a memorable experience with her charm, friendliness, good advice about local travel and especially her great Irish breakfast with a French twist. Exceptional value for money!

A beautiful B & B in an extraordinary location with an amazing view. Fredrique was wonderful and we loved the room. Everything was good. Thanks for a great stay. The tiny roads leading up to it, but it was worth it.

Clifden Bay Lodge was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The room was spotless & comfortable with such wonderful views. Our host was so welcoming & friendly & the breakfast in the morning was excellent. We just wished we could've stayed longer.

Breakfast was beautiful. Federica made a new and different sweet item for breakfast every day. Day 1 we had a scone, as well as Irish breakfast, Day 2 was a lovely custard & date breton pie - my favourite, day 3 a pancake. All of this was with a full Irish plus fresh fruit. She did little thoughtful things, like once she realised I like Earl Gret tea, those were the ones that got left in the room for top ups. F gave us useful tips for the local area and for meals in Cliften. Virtually nothing, (possibly she might take a look at the bedding/mattresses in a year or two) but a truly wonderful time
