Way too expensive for what it was. We got moved from a decent sized room to a smaller room (because they accidentally gave a second group our room - we were napping and had a gaggle of women just walk in on us) to a tiny room on a lesser, louder floor. Everything was very mediocre. Wouldn’t stay again.

Everything you could possibly need was right there, delicious restaurants and convenient access to town and even a gym. Nothing

Wonderful! Fiona was so helpful and kind!

Great location in Sligo town. Walk to pubs and restaurants. Lovely staff.

The property is modern, in excellent condition, and spotless. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna every day. Very well managed and a great place to meet locals who utilize the pool. The bar was comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed perusing the many books that provide a great deal of information on Irish history. The staff were very helpful providing information about the surrounding area. We were grateful that they found a lost item. Parking was sufficient and easily accessible to the apartment we stayed in. A short walk to town and extremely quiet. We enjoyed everything about this property.

Clean, spacious and modern. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Amenities were excellent.

Room was spacious, clean and nicely furbished. Breakfast had a lot of choice and was very tasty. It was also a very handy location to other places in the surrounding area. The evening music and entertainment was also great, and Christmas decorations in mid-November were a welcome treat! The window had a draft in it, one of the lights wasn't working in the room and there was a lack of clarity around my query on inter-connected rooms.

Everything! The place is cozy and in a great, central location. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend it for any occasion. Nothing. It was really lovely.

The overall amenities are noticeable. The recent renovations have changed the ambiance. The outdoor seating/patio tables have added capacity. The wifi is easy to access. We have stayed here before and liked the breakfast offerings. The high cost of breakfast came with our room so we opted for the earliest time slot. The previous offerings were diverse and excellent. We arrived at 7 a.m. and there were very few other customers. I ordered a two egg omelette from the menu with the listed options of tomato, mushrooms and onions but specified NO BACON. My omelette arrived WITH bits of BACON ADDED. i was slightly nauseous throughout the morning as a result.. When I raised my concern with staff, they said ‘I wrote it on the docket’ and I had to explain that the kitchen staff apparently did not follow the docket and needed to be informed of the oversight. There was no offer to let the kitchen staff know that this was a problem and that a customer with a food allergy/intolerance might be negatively impacted by the oversight. On another issue, the bathtub is a bit deep and hard to climb into/out of to use the shower. The surface is very slick and a hazard for some guests.
