The facility was quite retro if you are into that kind of thing. It is older but very clean and everything works. It was quiet and very conveniently located that puts one within walking distance to all the old town shops. Also, it was right across the street from the best BBQ restaurant you could ever go to . . . We really enjoyed our stay celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary together. We always stay in quaint places with unique character, so this one worked out great! The staff was very courteous and did not bother us at all. They were always very positive and upbeat. We really appreciated it. Thank you, Summit Inn, for a great stay!

The owners, Timothy and his wife, have taken an old hotel and done everything one could imagine to make it appealing and to satisfy their guests. It is a small hotel, but well worth the nightly rate. The rooms are clean and have a small kitchen type arrangement. There is also a common breakfast area that is well stocked. You can tell the owners work hard to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Though we didn’t have the opportunity to meet Timothy’s wife, Timothy was always reachable, kind, and highly communicative. We were amazed at how detailed their offering was. We highly recommend this place for an economical and pleasant place to stay.

We've stayed & we enjoyed it enough to book it again. The Inn is located in the perfect location being 1 block away from some of the best bbq in New Mexico. It's also 2 blocks away from great shopping. Opps, this is supposed to be about the Summit Inn: The location & the amenities, & the price make it a great place to stay.

The staff, Timothy, was very friendly and and helpful. The room was was clean and comfortable. The location was great as it was within walking distance to restaurants/shops. The size of the bathroom sink was really small, airplane bathroom sized. The closeness of the adjacent room's windows. If the blinds were open we could see into each other's rooms.

We loved the amount of space in the family suite. The location is perfect and so close to everything.

Perfect cozy place

Located in the center of Cloudcroft, easy walk to convenience store, downtown, and dispensary! Super easy check in and check out. Everything was great!

The whole process was done through email. Would have been nice to speak to a person that showed you the property. The room was very nice, and clean. I enjoyed the stay!
