I found this place very comfortable and felt right at home. This is all thanks to the entire hotel staff. They were always present but never intrusive. They were kind and available for all my requests. Excellent location. I would happily return. Highly recommended.

Good location in fort Cochin. Room was clean and well equipped. You have to walk thru the restaurant to get to your room. There is a mosque nearby so be prepared for the call to prayer around 5am

There was a AC leak in the roof that we discovered later in our stay.

Excellent location in Fort Kochi, close to the Biennale and other areas of interest. The property is gorgeous and kept very clean at all times.

Amazingly cozy property that has been renovated and restored to perfection by the Abad Group. Located right in Fort Kochi and at a waking distance from the boat jetty, making it a great place to stay if you want to explore historical town of Fort Kochi. The room was very comfortable and was very tastefully furnished. The washroom was clean and tidy. The property had wide and airy corridors. Nothing really. The restaurant service could be improved a bit. It took a long time to get what I had ordered during breakfast even though there were very few guests at that time. There needs to be someone in the dining area to note down the guests requirements. One had to wait for the sole waiter to get free to ask for something.

This was our first stop on our very first trip to India and we felt extremely comfortable at this hotel! The staff is lovely, and were very helpful in arranging day trips and drivers. Great breakfast as well.

The spacious room and the staff. The manager Abhilash is extremely hands on and helpful. Atal from the reception and Nitin from the restaurant are also welcoming. The quality and selection of food. The menu items were limited. There was a distinct lack of seasoning in most of the food. The chicken dishes were consistently overcooked. The only fish that was offered was mahi-mahi. The chef did prepare seer fish specially for us but the fish was frozen. On the positive side Abhilash invited us to a buffet which was on the house. The buffet had an excellent chicken and vegetable soup and Irish stew. Besides the food, the charges seemed inflated when compared to the services and food that were available.

I chose this hotel to experience staying in a heritage property, and it truly lived up to that expectation. The colonial charm is beautifully preserved, and we loved exploring the various areas within the hotel itself and spending relaxed family time. The terrace offers a wonderful view. A special mention to the amazing and very friendly staff members who made our stay so memorable. The restaurant has a great ambiance, delicious food, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The bathroom could have been better maintained — the commode seat had some rust. The water flow was slow but after notifying it was promptly fixed.
