The dinner and breakfast both were awesome and we had finger licking taste an authentic kerala style food. This is our second stay in same hotel and we shall be coming back again. Nothing specfic, the last time when we gave our review i guess the team has taken seriously and worked on our feedback. So this time everything was smooth from checkin to checkout.

The stay was fantastic. From the prompt pick up at the airport to the comfortable clean rooms. Peace and serenity after long travels was amazing. Resturant had a very appetizing breakfast and staff throughout was friendly and inviting. Will see you again I hope! GV The battery for the safe was dead and couldn't use it. Upside was safe and didn't need it.

I had a pleasant stay at Marriott. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Not having taxi service available to go places.

My parents were arriving from the Gulf during a time of regional conflicts, which turned their journey into a long and exhausting, full-day travel experience due to multiple flight delays. Despite the uncertainty and late hours, the team went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and peace of mind. They actively tracked the delayed flight to coordinate a smooth airport pickup and kept me personally informed at every step — from arrival to check-in and check-out. This level of care and communication meant a lot to our family. A special thanks to Ryan for his constant updates and seamless coordination. His support truly made a stressful situation much easier. My parents also specifically mentioned how fantastic the breakfast was — a small but meaningful detail that made their stay even more comfortable after such a tiring journey. Even though I haven’t personally stayed at the property, the way they took care of my parents speaks volumes. Knowing they were able to rest peacefully in between such a demanding trip means everything to me. I would highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport to anyone booking for their loved ones, especially for transit stays. You can trust that they will be genuinely cared for.

Great breakfast. Clean room. There was a strong musty, mildew smell in the room, which I think came from the ac vent, because the room was well cleaned.
