Nice comfortable room . Close to metro and railway stn No sun loungers around pool as advertised . Used the pool a bit in my 2 day stay there had to sit in rickety chairs . Overpriced , not much else in the neighbourhood

The fact that I had two different AC issues was very frustrating. First one the AC made a loud bang and broke. Second one turned off the AC and it puked water over everything, if the AC dose that you should program it not to go that low.

The room fab, pool fab, restaurant fab and mostly the staff they where excellent couldn’t do enough for us. unable to look through windows but it didn’t spoil it

No comments No hot water in the bathroom, when someone requires shower in the morning or after a hectic day from travelling. TV programme is not tune in so unable to watch TV programme. Booked the room and breakfast at the same time , but the staff charges extra once checked out. And makes fauls remarks the breakfast is not included.

To start with, the reception and hotel staff in general were very welcoming. They were extremely supportive and we would have extended the stay had it not been that they were fully booked. A value for money deal with a central location and helpful staff makes one feel great about the hotel !! I would say there staff is their strength !! rooms felt a bit damp else it was fine.

The room size was pretty good. Other than this I don’t find any other positives about this property. We (couple) asked for an early check-in for our room and there was no one at the reception and had to call the hotel landline number for the caretaker to open the main entrance since he was sleeping. There was no assistance for our bags, and we had to check in into our rooms by ourselves. As soon as we entered the lobby, there was this foul smell of dampness, mould and there was no ventilation. The rooms were pretty decent, but the air conditioning was blowing air which made us feel pretty sick, and it felt like the AC wasn’t serviced for years. The TV didn’t have many channels and 80% of channels were not working or not included in their service. The Wi-Fi was always down and didn’t work at all. The safe lock wasn’t in working condition either. The bathroom didn’t have hot water at all times. The staff hardly replenish the complimentary items like water, tea, coffee etc. We had to always call housekeeping to get them restocked. There were always loud noises and music from events/functions from the hall. We asked for their laundry service and the staff themselves were clueless, and mentioned that they would need around 2 days for getting our clothes laundered. All in all, it was an unpleasant stay for us, and we were lucky that we had booked another hotel for our remaining stay at Kochi. I would say this is one of our worst hotel stays we had ever encountered.
