The room did not meet expectations due to its limited space. Moreover, the bathroom taps were not securely installed and fell off during showering, which was highly inconvenient.

Location great. Restraurant food and staff great. The front office day Manager had no customer service, problem solving or communication skills. I asked for help and he basically told me not to argue with him. I spoke to the girl at the front desk and she solved my problem in a few minutes. I thanked her and told her about her manager’s response.

The furniutre in the room are worn out and need repair and paint as do the doors. The property is not of Radisson Blu standard.

Location was ok 1) no windows could open to let in fresh air. 2) shower head was broken and could not stay up in Room 1403 3) Wi fi was very poor and erratic. 4) lifts were very few and far between.

The rooms are in good condition. Some lamps are so old that after turning off the glow light is on, I didn't sleep all night. Hot water burns, it is impossible to adjust for warm water, the taps do not work. Under the dirty, I was wearing white socks and they turned gray after walking around the number. The accessories in the room are very old and look dilapidated.

Location wise it was ok 1) None of the windows opened so no fresh air. 2) Room cleaning service was not carried out on several occasion. 3) the shower in room1403 was broken and did not stay up . The shower arm needs to be changed. 4) the wi fi was very erratic and did not work majority of the time.
