The staffs were really good and friendly I had booked the room for three adults, but it only came with two twin beds. I was informed that an extra bed would be provided upon request, but once the additional bed was placed in the room, it occupied most of the available space. In my opinion, the room is not spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults. The room was not clean, which was very disappointing. The bedsheet and duvet did not appear properly cleaned, and the washroom, washbasin, and toilet were also not maintained to an acceptable standard. Additionally, basic amenities such as toothbrushes were not readily provided and had to be requested separately. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations and felt misleading. I am completely disappointed with this stay and would not recommend it.

Centrally located Despite choosing the best room online I was given the worst room. The room had a stench that made me throw up three times at night. There is no view but deafening construction sound from next door. I was told there is no room service for food because of fuel crisis but when I ordered food from zomato, they were reluctant to allow delivery. Almost had to sleep hungry. The room itself needs deep cleaning and the mattress is old and uncomfortable. Th3 br3akfast was leftovers from dinner i guess. There was boiled egg with cold chicken curry. No omelettes, juice or fruits. Its unacceptable given that guests are charged for this. Plenty of other good options in Kochi. I regret making a bad choice but then booking.com brought me to this place unfortunately.

It's an old hotel that would require some renovation. The pictures presented on booking.com were taken years ago and don't reflect the current condition of this property. Even though staff is cleaning the rooms nicely they don't look fresh. Smell from bathroom. Pool is closed early so you can't use it in the evenings.

The location's great, but my room was super old, nothing like the pictures. No outside view from my room. They said only some rooms have an open view; all other balconies are blocked by other buildings. The AC was so old that I even felt some breathing irritation after a few hours. the security guys were awesome helping with parking and stuff.

People are good. If Breakfast is served at 7.30am, what is the point of dosa and omelet being served at 8am? Either change timings or service. Maintain cleanliness, the bathroom area for shower had fungus mold, bedroom walls were dirty with stains

The property was affordable for the duration of my stay. The room was clean and the beds well-maintained and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful all the way from check-in to check-out. Checking in was handled very smoothly. Ample availability of power ports was also an advantage. The property allows ordering food through aggregator apps which is a major advantage and alternative option from the restaurant. Two 1 liter bottles of water are placed by the door everyday - no calls or requests required. The room did not have black-out curtains, which affected sleeping during the daytime. There was also noise from construction and the corridors. The bathroom was rather small, but neat. The restaurant could have fared better. It provided buffet breakfast, but with very little options apart from Indian dishes. The room service was also not impressive - the dishes were affordable but did not taste as great. The exhaust fan in the toilet was unserviceable.

General cleanliness and bathrooms. Restaurant and room service timings. I found it frustrating that there was no 24 hour room service in such a hotel.

The balcony in my room. i like the fact that they prepared room with balcony which gives me the space to enjoy my own time. The staff are really awesome. from the guys in the reception, the housekeeping and those in the restaurant as well as room service. Over all a wonderful place to stay. Nothing! all is good and i enjoyed my stay.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast with varieties totally worth for money. Hotel rooms looks untidy not generally because of bad cleaning standards but badly needs renovation. This was the only thing that is not likeable about this property. Lifts smell really bad. A minor adjustment like lift air freshener could help a lot.

I was very disappointed with my stay. I found cockroache in the room, which made me feel very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel. ( I have the vedio footage with proof) I had a break fast it was really good ?

Location - which was inside the city itself and was close to Amritha Hospital since our purpose was same. Typical Kerala type breakfast with good number of options. Nothing much
