Property did not communicate about external hartals that made us wait a long time after we check out. As guests from different country, the hotel is supposed to let us know about local hartals and news that affect our travel plans.

The location is great. Spent all days in the mall, lol. Apart from that the staff are courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. The view is great. There is a mini bar with snacks and soda. Not really a big deal. But the first time I entered the room, there was a musty smell due to humid situation. And on one of the days, the cheese platter at breakfast had trapped some flies. Apart from this I did not experience anything negative.

Great location and connect to commercial part of Cochin Not so elaborate buffets for dinner and breakfast.

The ambience and state-of-the-art facilities make this property truly stand out. The staff are exceptionally courteous, greeting guests with warmth and genuine hospitality, which adds great value to the overall experience. A major advantage is its convenient connection to the mall, making shopping effortless. Despite this, the property maintains a calm and peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat in Cochin. The restaurant team also deserves special mention for their attentive service and welcoming approach. In particular, Ms. Cristina and Ms. Afsana were outstanding in ensuring a pleasant dining experience. There is nothing in particular to say … but I feel more addition in buffet will be a great advantage as they do have great chefs who compliment it .

The stay was enjoyable, and the hotel is fantastic. Its location is connected to a large shopping center. The staff is also very helpful, especially the receptionist and the head chef at the hotel restaurant, who is extremely respectful and cooperative. This reflects the hotel's high standards and the excellent service provided by staff in all departments. The cleanliness is superb, and the hotel is very quiet. Thank you again; it was a truly wonderful experience.

The room was spacious and well-designed, with a separate work area and super reliable internet—perfect for working without any issues. Check-in was quick, Wi-Fi connected easily, and the room had everything we needed. The location is great too, with easy access to the Forum mall and restaurants. Staff were helpful, polite, and always ready to assist. Only small downsides were that the bed could’ve been more comfortable, and the breakfast spread could use a bit more variety

Very clean and well maintained. Good facilities and amenities. Excellent staff, in fact attentive to a fault! The rooms are large and has modern and stylish amenities, however some things could be looked at with considering practicality and user / customer experience more than the style and aesthetics factor. The restaurants and the food was excellent. Tried “Meen” by Chef Pillai, and must say that every dish we tried was really tasty and was good quantity. We had 2 meals there (dinner and lunch) and both times found the food to be really good. The breakfast buffet was good, a reasonable spread with a good mix of Indian and continental fares. Once again the restaurant staff were really great. Also tried the spa, had a great relaxing session, steam and shower. Very able therapists. Nothing in particular. Couple of minor issues in the room, which were sorted quickly. In fact they offered to move us into another room, but were too tiered and had already unpacked, so stayed put!!

Great location, near the Forum Mall, great service, the breakfast was excellent, one of the chefs went out of his way to really help us try some different local dishes, and you never felt rushed or hurried. There was a very slight moldy smell in the room, but this has to be expected after the monsoon season.

Continental dishes need changes and improvement ( breakfast)

This hotel is has a direct entrance to the Forum mall that makes this hotel location even more convenient. The buffet spread was decent but the spread was limited. It could have been better. The alcohol counter is part of the restaurant where they serve the food without any partition. This may disappoint many especially families with little kids.

Located at the Forum Mall , extremely convenient for shopping and entertainment. The Mall has a wonderful variety of branded and non branded stores including a Lulu supermarket. Prices are very keen as is the selection of retail stores and goods at great quality, great prices . Situated across the banks of the Backwaters, most beautiful views from the rooms . Restaurants are excellent value for money - as is in room dining , flavorful food and menu options . The Property is Beautifully designed with minute attention to artistic as well as functional detail in the rooms - what a pleasure to the eye !!!- and extremely comfortably outfitted , spacious bedrooms with balconies that have the option of protective shade blinds as well as mosquito netting ! Best of all are staff , pleasant, willing and eager to make ur stay a pleasant one, always listening, always willing to go the extra mile . Thank you for a wonderful stay of 3 nights ...wish we had more time to spend at this property. Nothing to dislike!

I recently stayed here and had a pleasant experience overall. What I really liked was that the room was very cozy, offering a comfortable and welcoming ambience. Another highlight was the convenience of having a mall located within the property, making it easy to step out for shopping or dining. Additionally, the hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to various city centers. However, one area for improvement would be the room lighting. It wasn’t up to the mark and didn’t provide sufficient brightness, which slightly affected the overall comfort. Enhancing the lighting would definitely make the stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would consider staying here again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The location was also convenient. Special thanks to Angel, who was kind and very helpful during breakfast service. Nothing major, but the property could benefit from some minor upgrades to match the overall premium feel.
