Location I am very disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. Ac is not working properly..all facilities is not all good. Room is not clean very poor..

One of the rooms was big and the AC was functioning well. We were allocated 2 rooms. One of the rooms was good but in the other room the AC was not functioning. We got a replacement room but that one was smaller and there was no natural light. On the first day there was a foul smell in the corridors.

Breakfast menu is okay. Item required was not available at 9.00 a.m. No Buffet system.

Location Toilet, bathrooms are very dirty. Worst place is restaurant hand washing area. I couldn’t understand how you got 4 STAR? Advertising in web side is misleading the customers.
