Very clean, free shuttle worked great Basic breakfast was only ok but enough to start the day

Location 1) Airport pickup at 2345hrs was requested ( and confirmed) but no one turned up. Available phone no was not working to contact. 2) Booked and paid for Deluxe king room but on check in alloted was normal room with 2 beds joined which was totally uncomfortable for 2 peoples to sleep. I had to shift 2nd day to King room. 3) Breakfast - very limited and very small qty kept for pickup. Refil request of bread was not attended for 10 min, till we leave dining hall. Not worth for the money.

We had a pleasant stay at Florida Hotel in Cochin. The staff were very good and helpful, and overall, I have no complaints. The place is clean and comfortable. The price could be a bit more affordable, but apart from that, everything was great. I would recommend it. The price could be a little more affordable

Breakfast was good. Very courteous staff and delicious meals. Courtesy shuttle was so convenient. If the window curtains closed tight as the street lights were coming in towards the top of the curtain.

Very convenient hotel very close to Kochi airport. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary airport shuttle was a big plus. Overall, good value for money and a hassle-free stay.

The room was smelling a bit, the towels were old and torn, there were no face wash towels, called the housekeeping, not pick up, no hair dryer etc. Overall everything

The location by the airport was handy. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Didn’t get a response from the airport pickup until we had walked most of the way there from COK. Shower drain clogged so bathroom floor flooded outside the shower stall.

Ideal location from airport. Free pick and drop off. Bedsheets and towels seems old and not that clean

Situated right across the domestic terminal; its just a 10 mins walk away. Comfortable stay and the free airport drop off is great added value. Highly recommend this place for convenience and comfort The restaurant options around are limited. The food served was average.

Everything in the room was clean and convenient to use. The location is great, just 5 minutes from the airport. The staff were friendly, professional, and always quick to help, making sure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel offers fast Wi-Fi, tasty food, and a relaxing spa service. Free airport pick-up and drop-off were also available, which was very convenient. Highly recommend!
