Very nice property front desk and service staffs are good ?

Close to the station. 24hr reception. Booked a twin room 1 month prior, no twin room available on arrival. Given an extra mattress on floor this was disgusting and stained. Windows were left open letting mosquitos in (curtains were drawn so we were unaware). Wifi didn’t work. Bathroom needs a thorough clean.

Location, calm place. In room Air con has limited cooling. Need some maintenance. TV in 104 room not working and changed to room 103. Lift/elevator is sometimes not working. Need maintenance. The restaurant is closed for long time. There is no nearby food facilities. Need to upgrade soon. Wifi mostly slow or no connection at most times.

We were only there for four hours to rest and refresh before our night train. Staff were very friendly and helped us with a quick check in. The rooms are basic but clean with air con and comfy bed. If you are looking for something in the budget range, clean and close to the train station, I recommend Karthika residency. N/A
