Excellent location and the staff was great breakfast was very good rooms were well kept

We stayed here for boat races. Decent location. Walkable to a few places, but not downtown. No balconies with the rooms. That's a bummer. Pool area is small and crowded. Outside cabana fantastic. Staff fantastic. Beach fantastic. You can watch shuttles takeoff. You have to get down early to the staff when they open to get your beach chairs, etc. for your day. Things book up very quickly.

I would think twice before recommending for this hotel to someone where at the same price they get better return in other hotels.

Location is great, very clean. We had issues with the room A/C

Black out blinds where tye wrap open Not fun in the morning

Pool could be a bit bigger given the fully booked hotel. Day pool d-j was a bit too much Volume with over the top uber bass. Felt like a dance club. Bar, food , and staff were wonderful!

Initially, the room looked like it was forgotten. It did not have anything extra in it. Later on the second day, they had the usual room stuff. The place was understaffed. They had only one desk clerk at check-in and a very long line. The pool was very small. It has a good spot on the beach. The hotel kitchen isn't very good.

Great time here. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. Easy access to the beach. I appreciate the free water at the tiki bar. Great for taking our to the beach.

Passable

Good experience! They were accommodating with an earlier check-in and helped us have an amazing day before the cruise!

Our room smelled bad like a cold wet animal. It did not smell good. Although it was nice having music outside during the day, but there was some songs that were very inappropriate with many kids around the pool and outdoor restaurant, talking about drugs, being naked... Another time was when the dj was out playing music it was way too loud. We couldn’t hear our kids by the pool or even talk or relax by the pool area. We did ask the dj to turn it down, but he said he couldn’t. We wanted to have fun and loved the atmosphere outside but music could have been controlled better.

The room was not spectacular but good for the price point. The pool was small. I did not like the cabana bar closest to the beach closed so early. The vibe of the other outdoor restaurant closest to the pool was great! Although the bartender did not know how to make the drinks. I ordered a daquiri and family ordered a pina colada. They tasted like it was mostly ice and barely any alcohol. My second daquiri I had to ask for more strawberry flavoring. Later that night I had ordered a long island ice tea and it was awful. The bartender did not know how to make special drinks and I was very disappointed in that. The food was okay. The crab cake was spot on, I give that 100%. The nachos were disgusting. The chips were very stale and the toppings were barely their. The waitress was nice and took it off the bill even though I didn't not ask her to. The waitress was very nice and timely. The pool was small and no free breakfast. The TV in room was vary large and wall mounted which I liked. The shower was amazing. I was disappointed at the parking at $25 per day as it was not covered and far away. There was only one bellperson and no way to bring up your luggage with a cart unless you paid the bellperson. I saw multiple people utilize the parking lot that were coming from the beach and not part of the hotel so they got free parking while guests had to pay. It should be the other way around.

Very good

The staff was horrible. They seemed unwilling to help or even ask guests if they needed any assistance.

Had a blast for my daughter's 13th birthday. Easy walk from our room to the beach. Shopping and food is within walking distance. Shower was amazing to get the sea salt washed off! Ordered food at the hotel outdoor bar and took it to our spot on the beach for lunch. Elevators were fast. There is a valet for parking. Don't use the scooters from the parking lot. They were awful and broke down on us. Not owned by the hotel though. A/c in the room was great. Coffee maker was wonderful in the roof and fridge for bottled water was perfect. Could not have been happier!

The swimming pool was so small.
