There were old urine stains on the underside of the toilet seat. There were hairs in the tub. They charge $10 extra to park your car!!

Great place! The rate was pretty amazing and everything was very good.

Water pressure was low in the bathroom the first night. Went to the front desk about the problem and it was corrected within an hour.

Good location and breakfast was good. Bathroom door squeaky and kept waking everyone up (small issue). Beds ok but creak a lot. Would stay again.

The property and staff are great. The breakfast is good I would say, nothing spectacular but still good. My complaint or complaints are that from my visit three months ago there is still only one elevator in service and that one malfunctioned on my last night, forcing me to climb five flights. To be fair it was repaired within a few hours, however still only one elevator functioning. Secondly, this visit I'm suddenly charged a $10 parking fee per night which I didn't have to pay on my last two visits...disappointing.

Only one elevator was working. The other was out of order weeks ago when we stayed at the same hotel and was still not working. Caused some inconvenience because staff was also using an elevator limited to 5 occupants.

Both of the elevators were Down. Had to use the stairs. Made things difficult.
