The toilet tank will not fill up unless you rattle the handle after every flush call front desk, tfront desk and don’t do anything about it the United States secretary was received by Mark

Fantastic room and staff was super friendly. Pool was closed for some reason but other than that it was a great stay!
-
Only 1 elevator working and the other has been out for months. Pool closed. Very loud every night with youth sports teams, I realize this isn’t the hotels fault who books, but nothing was done to quiet them.

N/A My room pillow cases were dirty. The tub was dirty and the toilet seat was broken

Clean room, friendly front desk staff, breakfast had wide variety of options. Will be back!

Breakfast is just breakfast fake eggs and Polish sausage on Sundays. Luckily I’m a yogurt person. This is not the first time I’ve stayed here. The elevator is not operational. Only one of the two elevators is it’s been this way for almost a year. Really bad customer service that you can’t fix an elevator in a year. I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel but you need to have rules and regulations for people that are severely allergic to dogs.

John at the front was so nice and friendly. Hotel was clean. 1 elevator was not working and the ice machine only worked on 4th floor but everything was nice. Good breakfast, big gym.

Second, the water pressure on the sink faucet was extremey low, and the drain was clogged making it drain very slowly. I asked the front desk to take care of it while I was out on the second day. They said they would, but there was no sign that it had even been looked at, let alone corrected. Not up to Hampton standards, IMHO.

We were very upset to have to pay a night parking fee, when no one notified us of these fees at booking. We haven't had to pay this fee at any other Hampton Inn. As a gold member its very deceiving.

Nice hotel, walking distance to a couple restaurants and grocery store. Rooms are nice and beds are comfy.

The kids liked the breakfast, the waterfall that was separating the lobby and the dining area. They provided bottle waters when we came to check in and the room. The suite was big enough to sleep for people for a night. On booking.com I wish they would have advised that we would be paying for a parking fee. Although it’s not much, we would still like to know that we would be paying an additional fee.
