1) Had to send many messages to get information about lockbox. They sent the lockbox info at 6PM of the check-in date, and that was after we sent multiple messages, basically begging them to send the info. 2) The information about parking was simply wrong 3) The kitchen had pans/pots that do not work with induction stove, we couldn't make breakfast at all. The bed is not very comfortable. 4) We sent sms (no response), tried calling the contact info, and after a while we only got someone who didn't speak english and couldn't help us. Thankfully after a long battle we sorted the things out, but the experience was simply horrible.

Self chek in very convenient, would have appreciated the information a day in advance. Parking space on the street was easy to find Dirty cups in the cupboard. No curtains All the informtion for check in were sent the afternoon of the check in, inconvininet as I was driving and with no internet.

Owners where very responsive (using WhatsApp) regarding any questions we had. The parking situation was quite unclear. We were under the impression that parking was possible _on_ property. But in fact only street parking was available.

Jacky House was a great option for a transit stop. Information provided for the check in (it was self check in), parking, check out and wifi access was very clear although only in Italian (I needed to use google translate). It was great to be able to park off the street. The walk into the center of Lodi was easy. Bathroom was a good size. The second bed requested was made up for our arrival with no issue. The pillows
