I didn't enjoy my stay at all. Nothing was good about it! I already paid for my room via the app, but when I arrived with my booking information, the property stated that booking.com is a third party and that the hotel has not received any monies and had canceled my reservation. I paid another $140 on top of the $135.42 that I paid the website and was told to call booking. We were already starting off on the wrong foot. The property has an issue with roaches. The lobby door is locked and you have to access a late night door area. The window that you speak to the counter person through is bullet proof with 2 clearly visible bullet penetrations. In that little area is one microwave for the entire hotel complex that everyone has to share. They give you a thin plastic bag for your ice. You can clearly tell this is not a great area as the front door was locked at night as well as the day time due to the questionable individuals in the area. Mirrors and pictures were glued to the wall. Comforters had burns in them.

There was not anything I liked The room smelled of smoke. The blanket had cigarette burns/holes. The bed sheets had lint in them, my black pjs had a whole bunch of white lint on them. There was a lot of noise out in front of my room at around 2:30 am

Wet breakfast I don’t know nothing about no breakfast. I didn’t see any notification and didn’t see nothing in the lobby about that or nothing. Housekeeping, she is the sweetest lady I have ever met in my life, but she need help. They got one house keeper the rooms are not clean at all.

Nothing Super dirty. Stains on walls, sheets, and bathroom. Room smelled like straight cigarettes. Disgusting. Bugs everywhere.

The bathroom doors don’t have doorknobs. The tvs barely work Police is EVERYWHERE the staff is RUDE.
