From the very beginning, Cizia was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. She welcomed us with genuine kindness and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Pinocchio Park and with a great restaurant nearby. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious and varied, with both sweet and savory options. We would absolutely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended—1000%! None

There was so much to like about this place, but the main part was the lovely owner! She greeted us with the biggest smile, a big hug and a good tour of the property and all amenities. She made us feel very much at home in her charming place, and gave us recommendations for places to eat that evening nearby. Breakfast in the morning was incredible - the largest spread I've seen and plenty of choice. She even cooked us an omelette specially as she knew Brits liked eggs for breakfast! This was our favourite place from everywhere we stayed in Italy and we'd love to come back again one day. The town itself is lovely. N/A

A spacious and lovely home with the best host. Next morning we were served the best breakfast we had throughout our stay in Italy . She even helped us when we left behind some clothes.

Cinzia the owner is a warm and welcoming host. We were allocated a spacious king size bedded room which was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Mattress on the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Definitely was value for money. The breakfast was the best I had experienced in any location stayed with Booking.com. There was even a hot omelette option. The breakfast banquet was more than sufficient. The location is 110m from Pinocchio Park. An optimum location for those travelling with children. Could not fault this home away from home. Nothing if great significance to note. Parking the car in the car park at the foot of the Via Vecchia. Not a great issue though.

Our stay at Collodi IO & Mamma B&B was great. The breakfast to start the day was excellent with a good variety. The B&B is within a few minutes walk to the Pinocchio Park, souvenir shops, restaurants and the Garden (Storico Giardino Garzoni - Casa delle Farfalle) The Host, was very attentive. Our family had a great time. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Besides a great place, the host Cinzia was excellent! Very helpful with a fantastic positive attitude ? And for us non-Italians it was also a big plus that she was fluent in English.

Absolutely perfect! Very delicious breakfasts, hygiene perfectly. Worth every cent. And Pinocchio park is just around corner. Feels like home! We like everything!

The residence is easily accessible and there is a parking area nearby. The house is close to the center and near a pizzeria with amazing food and immensily sized pannuozo. The house is well furnished and it has all necessary amenities (except WiFi). The host keeps the house dpsrlñy clean for the guests. There was an abundance of food for breakfast prepared with love by the host, which can be enjoyed from the balcony. The experience is that much enriched by the stream flowing near the house.
