Amazing breakfast but before that a very clean and comfortable room Nothing to say

I was very happy with my room and the hotel facilities. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay enjoyable. However, there was an issue in my room that unfortunately caused me to become ill. When I mentioned this at checkout, the front office staff did not apologize, and I found their attitude disappointing. Having worked in hospitality for 10 years, I know how important good customer service is, so this was unfortunate. I didn’t want to argue, so I simply left. It’s a shame because I genuinely like this hotel and had been looking forward to returning—especially as I’ll need to visit again for work. I hope that next time the staff will be a bit more attentive and kind toward guests.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the center OF Cologno Monzese. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The Kitchen staff could be more available and friendlier. Coffee is not readily available and we needed to keep on waiting for the staff to get out of the kitchen to be able to request for coffee. They always appear 'so busy" that you feel bad for asking for things. Food and juices are not replaced when they run out.

Clean room and nothing else Stressed personnel, bathroom in our bedroom in terrible condition with semi detached and useless shelf’, stained shower, broken door and sink in the shower, noisy fridge and the worst of the worst breakfast we ever had

Nothing... Reception underground and lift all the time GUASTO. Reception never smile and always arrogant. Bfast if there is a group staying there is empty..and you have to wait for refills...same thing no smile...ac do not work..we asked for it and said its off since its autumn though it was hot...we had to go down for towels and at one time electricity in the room went off...key was given ti us when it was supposed to have card...location away from it all...for metro had to walk 20 minutes since after 8 buses stop passing from metro to near hotel...

Friendly staff There was not hot/warm water on the last day and a cold shower was taken.

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay at the hotel and as there was a need to stay longer in the region, without a doubt chose this option again.

I love cosy hotels close to big cities, especially when everything is thought out for the convenience of guests. Convenient outdoor and underground parking, instant response of the staff to requests, everything you need in the room, quite a variety of breakfasts. The town of Cologno itself is cosy too, with a good selection of restaurants and shops. I would particularly mention the La Fisheria restaurant. The centre of Milan is 30 minutes by car.
