The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful. I arrived to the hotel and the check in process was easy. Once arriving I attempted to use my key to access the room and it did not work. I was approached in the parking lot by a man with a backpack trying to sell touchscreen laptops, which was uncomfortable and felt unsafe. It states online and is posted in the lobby that there are no pets allowed, however, upon entry to the lobby there was a cat laying on the floor, a gentleman that works/lives there had a small dog and there were dogs barking the majority of the night. The walls seemed to be paper thin so you could hear the neighbors coughing and hacking all night long and Everytime a guest would leave their room (which happened all hours of the night) and let their doors slam it would vibrate/ jar the door to my room due to it not closing completely. The door to my room looks like it had previously been kicked in due to the bent frame and the slack between the door and trim. Pictures need updated as the rooms, lobby and outside property are much more run down than what you see in the images. The bathtub wasn't the cleanest so I used a spare towel to put down on the tub floor to avoid standing directly on the tub when taking a shower. The water was hot and the bed wasn't completely terrible. Air conditioner is a window unit, and although it was hot and muggy upon arrival it didn't take long to cool down. I didn't give breakfast a chance so I cannot speak for that.

Hotel was ok, run down but got the job done. You can tell they tried to clean the room but the smell was terrible. Staff was very nice and it was quieter than I expected. A/c was cold and nice. Lots of police in the area. Overall ok but if you don’t like the motel vibe or have anxiety don’t stay here.

It says it’s smoke free, but it is not. My clothes smelled of smoke. My eyes were burning probably got contact ties from the weed. There was weird humming noises.

. The room was clean & the bed was amazing The breakfast room's tables were never washed the 4 days I was there & there was only a little bit of juice & milk available unless we bugged the front desk for more. Same issue with the coffee cups

Lady at front desk was very kind

No hot water in the morning. It wasn't tell noon before they had more hot water after check. Lol
-
The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and everywhere had stains. It was not a good experience

Broken door, two people living full-time (not the issue) who smoked cigarettes and let there doors open so you could see and smell the stale beer and see them scattered across the floor. The breakfast was unclean, the bread was hard to the touch, the cereal was out before it even started and the worker was extremely rude when we asked not even 10 min after breakfast started if there might be any yogurt left. We checked out a day early as well after getting bit by bugs all night as we tried to sleep

Was good

The parking lot was packed with people outside and a lot of unsafe behavior being displayed. I highly recommend sleeping in your car over sleeping here.

I was charged for a room I didn't receive at all. Then they tried charging me for a second time, on another room I couldn't get. And I haven't even heard anything. I go to Colorado springs allot (2-5 days a week) and this is really a horrible experience I'm still having by not hearing ANYTHING.

Most things were dirty and/or not functional. No Wi-Fi or TV for half the stay. Trash under the beds. Fecal matter on the outside of the toilet when we arrived. Door key card reader wouldn’t work at some point every day. Requested a roll-away bed, but none were available. Surrounding area/parking lot felt unsafe. Staff was incredibly nice, though.

Breakfast was ok My shower didn’t had a shower curtain I went to ask for one and they told me to wait till the housekeeping lady came in. The room wasn’t that clean.
-
The Location Cleanliness of the room and the furniture was torn and faded.

As soon as we entered the room there was cigarette ash and dry urine on the toilet seat. We booked through an app, and canceled our stay after one night. Decided to lay on the floor to watch tv, an sure I was getting bit by something.
