Nothing about this place. Cancelled upon entry to the building. Did not even complete the reservation. Terrible – I would not recommend this property. My experience at this hotel was so concerning that I could not even complete the check-in process or stay at the property. As soon as I entered the lobby, there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana throughout the area. The odor was so strong that I immediately developed a headache and began feeling nauseated. I asked to see the room before completing check-in, hoping the situation would be better there. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with what I saw. The room did not appear adequately clean, was very run-down, and the overall condition raised serious cleanliness and sanitation concerns for me. Between the overwhelming marijuana odor and the condition and cleanliness of the room, I did not feel comfortable staying at this property. I immediately returned to the front desk, explained my concerns, requested that my reservation be canceled and fully refunded, and left without staying at the hotel. This was not simply a matter of the hotel failing to meet my expectations. The conditions I personally encountered made me concerned about my health and well-being if I remained at the property. I would rate my experience as terrible and would not recommend this hotel based on the conditions I observed during my attempted check-in.

The staff was rude flat out called me a paying guest a liar accused having pet when I didn't my friend came to visit for two hours maybe she had her dog but they left now keeping my 100 deposit its not right they worst stay in my 53 year life do not stay

I didn’t get to stay after booking the room through Expedia, I get to the hotel and there were no rooms. Brent tried to put me in a room that the people did not stay. They had used a bed and used the shower. He asked when I pointed that out if I wanted him to clean it. His boss called and said try another room, 107, and there was someone in that room. I basically paid to sleep in my car! Sad part is, I thought about trying somewhere else and there was still a room listed on Expedia. I think there needs to be better communication between the hotel and Expedia.

I was allowed to book it but was denied a room once arrived stating they were booked up, causing extra expenses of driving 150 miles away to book an open room that cost more than 300.00

People do live in the building full time, the staff were very kind and friendly. The roaches were a bad surprise.

NOTHING This facility should be condemned. Human beings should not be allowed to stay in this facility. It is in no way safe from a health or personal safety perspective. The place is utterly filthy. It has a horrible odor of urine and body odor and any other nasty thing you could think of. There were cigarettes on the floor of the elevator, there was dirt and grime smudged all over every door and the walls. The carpet was disgusting and filthy, and the rooms had bugs crawling on the counter and the stove. We just turned around and walked out. There is no way to accurately describe how horrifying this place was. Don’t fool yourself into thinking this is just one review and the place might be okay … Save yourself..

Nothing really firm bed was ok Room was pretty beat up, punched holes in doors all facuets leaked bad, ended up seeing baby roaches in the morning in bathroom, the ac leaked water on to floor over all the hotel was very beat up and not taken care of very much

The rooms looked fairly clean so when I did my walk through before check in I didn’t notice anything. But once we got into the room and opened several drawers and they were all full of roaches. We moved some sheets and saw some other bugs that I cannot confirm or deny that they were bed bugs but they sure looked like it. Andrea (lady at the front desk) was absolutely fantastic. Super nice at check in and then very helpful when we decided not to stay the night at the hotel. We decided to Leave because we did not want to take anything crawling home with us. Andrea was able to secure a refund for us even though the hotel doesn’t typically do that. Again; she was amazing. Our rooms were full of bugs and we decided to leave and not stay. I wish I could upload the video that I took of the roaches scattering out of the drawer.

DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE! ITS REALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY, especially if traveling with pets. The moment I pulled in to opening the front doors, it smelled like weed, cigarettes and body odor. The place gave crackhead house. The lady in the front was nice but when I booked on Expedia, it said $60 per pet, it didn't say per pet. I really didn't appreciate the misleading information. So the hotel rooms were each $78 but because of the pets, it came a whopping $550 dollars. She immediately was trying to talk me out of staying there and thought I was staying for 7 days. I even asked if there was somewhere else that accepts pets and it's like she just didn't want me to stay but I wasn't going to continue driving another 7 hours on top of an already 10.5 hour drive. The room was not what looked like the pictures and it smelled like someone used it as their personal smoke house. There was a connecting door and there was tape over the edges like it was going to prevent someone from coming in. Also, the second we got into the room, my husband needed to use the bathroom and the ceiling fell on him. The lady at front was more than willing to give us fresh towels but since it was the only available double room, we had no choice but to stay when they offered a new room. Also BUGS! There were baby roaches on the window sill and in the room and the bedding was dirty, for the first time I had sleep in my clothing because it was that gross. Throughout the night, yelling, slamming. Left early

What breakfast? Cockroaches infestation 3 story's high. Hot water doesn't hardly work. Fire alarm goes of 1-3 times a week.

To make matters worse, I witnessed individuals apparently using drugs outside the lobby entrance, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Another issue was the number of dogs being kept in guest rooms. While I understand that some hotels are pet-friendly, the situation seemed poorly managed and contributed to noise, odors, and an overall unpleasant environment. The combination of cleanliness issues, strong odors, questionable activity around the property, and lack of proper oversight made for a very negative experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The pictures here are either old or fake please find somewhere else to stay. I entered the building and immediately heard what was a lady of the night having loud back door explicit services . The building smelled like cigarettes then while walking to my room a cockroach crawled up to my shoe. The only good thing I had to say is that the woman working the front desk was very polite given the time of my check in. I ended up not sleeping at the property due to how filthy it was. To anyone reading this check the reviews first!!!

The 15 roaches, the fire alarm at 2 am , the smell of smoke in my room

We took advantage of the offer and were greeted by roaches in the bathroom so we thanked the staff for the preview and left

COCKROACHES!!! The hotel would NOT refund a penny. We did not stay there one night of our four night reservation.
