Supposed to send me refund on one night

Dirty linen. Homeless walking around. Unsafe parking area. Pot holes. Half roll toilet paper, no extra. Place is disgusting. After a 12 hour drive, this was not what we expected or needed.

Totally trashed place. Sheets were dirty and full of stains bed are horrible. Bathroom were not clean had hairs so I left without refund. I wish they would refund.

Room was very dirty, bedding had stains all over them. Walls had what looked like blood splatter on them. The tub had dirt, hair and I don’t know what else in it. Would NOT recommend to stay here! The night staff was very rude, we ordered food, had it delivered and he tried to tell the guy to leave the property that he was trespassing. Horrible stay!!

this was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed at. all of the bed sheets and comforters were stained and gross, there were no towels in the room to be able to take a shower the shower was gross not clean at all. it was very dingy and dark we will not be back

I enjoyed my stay that day and would like to return if I have the chance. Could you please send me the receipt for that day's accommodation via Expedia? Thank you.

I was so tired , otherwise I wouldn't have stayed . There were cockroaches, cat litter on the floor, and no toilet paper. I looked at the mattresses and smelled the sheets had the sheets not smelt like bleach I would not have slept for a couple hours before continuing my travels home. I also got on Expedia and had already paid for it so I took my chances. I will never do that again but better safe than sorry.

Would not recommend to anyone they could maybe make it into free rooms for homeless people.I will never use red roof inn again

This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. Stayed 2 hours and had to leave. I was ate up with bed bugs. This was the 2nd room he gave us. First was leaky fridge all over floor

When we arrived no one was in the office, I rang the bell, called the phone number, rang the bell again, and after 10 minutes someone finally came in. He kept trying to give us a single bed saying that is all he had when there were a adults and I booked 2 beds in the room. He finally found one. The A/C was terrible in the room. There were bugs, it didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. The sink was barely attached to the sink only on 1 side. The bathroom grout in the shower was black in most of it. The ligh fixture was barely attached to the wall. We were so tired we didn't was to look for somewhere else. The next morning I was going to let my son sleep a little longer but saw a bug walking around the inside of the pillow case and woke him up we left immediately

My room wasn’t ready for anyone to be assigned to it wasn’t comfortable the site was dirty even though they was trying to complete upgrades it still was a dirty place one of the staff kept parking taking up 2-3 parking stops never in a single spot. Won’t stay again even if is the cheapest option!

I couldn’t use my key card to get into my room, so had to leave my door open to get my things inside the room. The AC was loud and hardly blew any air. I did mess with the settings and got it to be slightly better. There was only 1 bath towel 1 hand towel, and nothing to actually wash with. The only thing that was a plus was the water pressure in the shower. The sink faucet was loose also.

No towels, door wouldn’t lock. Bathroom was dirty. Didn’t get a key when I checked in cause they said they were “updating”. He took me to my room and said here you are. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Run down, told I couldn't check in till 4pm if I wanted a 1st floor room. They tried to give me a room with no key, said i would have to see the front desk if I left the room and wanted back in. I left and didn't come back.

The maintenance guy was very helpful, and friendly and did a nice job

No soap TV didn't work

Lights and locks were broken. Room was filthy. Amenities were missing (towels etc.).
