Over appealing when you walk in. The room stunk the room had no shampoo and the towels had stains. And the covers smelt like dog.

The entire facility seemed to be rundown and needed a deep cleaning found a dirty or used Band-Aid in the bathroom gross

Bugs everywhere! Had to strip sheets and it was blood on bed cover! Toilet unusable! wouldnt recommend! says no pets but everyone and they mama has a dog in there

Nothing. Everything. There were multiple bugs in the refrigerator. Asked for a refund because I didn’t even stay the first night and he said to call next day.

The pool isn’t working and that’s a big reason we wanted to stay here. There were roaches in the first room we were put in, there was no compensation, just got switched to another room. It would have been good if they had at least been some sort of compensation for not making sure the room was clean in the first place

The room smelled like straight weed when we entered. Traveling with family !!! 6 year old said mommy what is that nasty smell

For the most part everything was acceptable. We understood that there was some recent improvements happening which is needed. Out room wasn't bad but we did have considerable mold on the ceiling above the shower. Breakfast could have been a little more but the waffles and juice were good anyway. Our room could definitely use a little more TLC but all in all for the price is stay there again.

The room wasn't clean especially the bathroom and tub plus my room had roaches.. even the curtains in my room were hanging and not correctly placed.. *I dont have pictures but I do have video* ..and they haven't returned my $100 deposit
