Extended Stay America Suites Columbia West Interstate 126

It was dirty, multiple things needed to be fixed in room, lights didn’t work, community dryer didn’t work, building elevator broke and I’m disabled.

Tough crowd in and around the establishment.. Every step going around the building, different smell.

Respectfully, I never seen flying roaches until now.

It was in a good location with eateries close by Nothing

Nasty checked out soon as I saw the room

My gps placed me in the middle of a neighborhood. There was a leak in the kitchen, and my socks were black. You get what you pay for.

Roaches all over the room. The air-conditioning did not work from electric fire could see where the plug is burnt through.

Nothing...horrible place....bugs, no light bulbs, staff walking around smoking dope.

Everything was great but I did see a few bugs

Dirty and unsafe conditions. We left and found another motel.

I had a short trip

There was a very small stove. No dishes, no pots, no pans, no dish soap, no sponge. The counters were dirty. So were the knobs on the stove. There were no sponges no dish soap. We had 2sets of towles in the room for a shower. Mind u we stayed 3 nights. Every day we had to get clean towels. Worst part is they checked us in. And we were in the wrong hotel. We had zero service or contact with staff until almost 2 days after check in.

Nothing The cleanliness, the area, the lack of amenities. Drawers in room did not close which made it hazardous for my 1 year old..

The room we stayed in was extremely disgusting! Tons of dust, very dirty floor, roaches, water bubble that busted on the ceiling, holes in the doors and walls, tons of water damage on door and floor by the bath. This place needs to be torn down.

Dirtiest place I ever ever stayed. Couldn't even shower because the water ran out a small hole in the wall not the shower head!!

Front Desk Associate was amazing and kind . What we didn’t notice until the 2nd night that there was a. bullet hole in the freezer and bullet holes in the bathroom that they didn’t do a great job at covering it up . Door made us somewhat nervous because room door closed and locked but the bottom of the door looked like it had been kicked in and had not been fixed . Room 205 needs to be checked out

I liked leaving the property. That’s all The staff was very nonchalant and didn’t care. Clearly hated her job. she seen I had an infant and still proceeded to put me in the room on the 3rd floor that required 4 flights of stairs. The outside of the building was run down. People clearly live here long term. Cars in the air on jacks , pot holes and the smell of stale cigarettes everywhere. The room , absolutely disgusting. Big black stains on the floor , walls have yellow film over them from smoking in them all day and all furniture & appliances were falling apart. I took pics and showed the lady at the front desk. She acted as if this was not a surprise this room looked that way & even more surprised I was complaining. She asked in a very monotone if I wanted to try another room… lol NO ! The pictures on the website is NOTHING like what this place actually look like. Their free breakfast is also grab & go off their office counter , that also looks like it hasn’t seen soap and water in some time.

Nothing There were roaches, holes in the wall, bed rails were nasty people smoking marijuana on the premises not as pictured or what they posted false advertisement
