Quiet and dog friendly

The staff was very friendly and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff made the process of checking in and out simple.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was fine. It was super disappointing to see once we’d gotten there, that it wasn’t a smoke free property. I’d paid to stay there from Friday to Sunday with my 2 young sons, just to get to spend time together & play in the pool. We’d go out there & play with the other kids in the pool, but inevitably everyday, this group of 3 guys would come to the pool. They wouldn’t swim. They’d just sit out there chain smoking & drinking glass bottle beer, on pavement around a pool, where everyone is walking around barefoot. They’d also throw their cigarettes down which would then become soggy because of the wet pavement around the pool. It was so gross! You’d have to step over nasty, soggy cigarette butts to get in & out of the pool. It stunk and it ruined our pool time. None of the parents out there appreciated it, but yet nothing was ever said to the guys. I guess if the hotel permits it, there’s nothing really, anyone could say. So we definitely won’t be back. I wanted a refund after our first day there b/c that was the main reason we came, to have a little family staycation & spend quality time playing outside in the pool together. All of the other hotels that we’ve stayed at have been smoke free, so it didn’t occur to me to check if this one was, because it’s 2026 & we shouldn’t have to still be dealing with this. So if you’re looking for a nice, relaxing family stay, this is not the atmosphere conducive to that. Would not recommend.

In my room the heating and cooling system was loud. The refrigerator was loud. Making it difficult to sleep. The linen on my bed had a weird smell

Good hotel at the halfway mark on our yearly drive from FL to PA. Good restaurant choices in walking distance

Rooms were great, location was great and the breakfast was delicious!

Nice area, close to the highway and food.

My truck and 5 other vehicles were broken into. No refund, and no call or apology from the hotel manager. Don’t stay here if you value your car and your belongings. Zero security during the night so that obviously doesn’t help. Now I’m out over $600 just to replace a window and that doesn’t include what was stolen.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The cleanest of the room was excellent.

The staff were great from the front desk, the room cleaners and the ladies who took care of the breakfast bar. We had a good stay with no issues.

William the front desk worker is amazing. Every time I come to this hotel, he always makes me feel right at home. He made sure that I was well taking care of for my entire stay.

This was our 4 visit to this Hampton. It is a convenient stop for us when traveling south. Right off of 77, and always clean!
