Hotel overall seemed brand new. There was plenty of cleaning staff. Room was well stocked with towels and all the things to make you feel at home. Nice soap provided also. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Parking was free and easy. Kitchenette was well stocked also. Good restaurants nearby. The town seems like a friendly place. Cracker Barrel in walking distance. I would def stay again at this location.

It was a very nice hotel. Beds were not very comfortable. The pet fee was very expensive. We traveled with on small dog. The room was very nice just very uncomfortable bed. Very clean. Everyone was nice.

Frozen items had melted (ice cream pint & ice cream sandwich) and frozen back. Both were a nasty consistency.

When I booked my reservation, I asked if I could be on the top floor. I received a message back saying they could make that happen, but when we got there our room was on the 2nd floor. I didn't say anything because they were busy, but we did have noisy kids jumping up and down and moving furniture in the evenings til about 9pm (both nights). Also, for a 2 night stay, they only gave us 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, and 3 full size towels. Easy enough to get more from the front desk, but I shouldn't have had to.
