Air conditioner did not work in the unit all night. Giant dead cockroach next to the bed when I woke up. Bathroom for facilities subpar work cracks around the tub. People hold to the room contained no lens or cover I was able to insert my finger. Advise the staff of the dislike of the unit. They apologize said they would make a service order, but I was only staying one day so there’s nothing they could really do about. It was not worth my money at all. The bathroom was horrible. The AC was broken. The people to the door did not have proper equipment. You could just stick your finger in it and look

The floors where not clean. Tub did not drain, so there was always standing water in the tub. There was a dirty sock stuck on the wall where the firm is. The room was like a cave , and the toilet was not secure to the floor. The rooms should be painted light color. I understand the the place is old but, you could try to keep it up. Like in NYC we have old buildings and the insides are beautiful.

It's closer to downtown. They have single coffee sachets but no coffee maker. The tub sinks a little bit in the center. The cleaning people keep knocking on my door even if I have the tag hanging on the door.

The toilet was not fully functional, but the staff was nice, the air was cold and no other issues.

Toilet seat was very loose. Mentioned it to front desk guy and went out to dinner. Upon my return, new seat. Kudos, it is the smaller round things that make us happy. It was clean as well. The weather, my goodness it is hot is Columbus in July

Stayed for two nights after check in and went to the room wanted to check out immediately none of the channels on the tv worked dead roach in bathroom under the sink the size of a baby carrot the area was quiet but I wouldn’t stay there again only stayed cause we only was there to sleep came there to get son after turning blue and graduation ceremony from Ft. Benning

Location was a good distance to where I had to travel to. The room was not like the pictures… the lighting is not as bright, room smelled moldy, the room was dirty, the bathroom door knob was barely hanging on, the shower head was spraying everywhere, the sheets felt like it had small pieces of dirt in them, the lady at the desk seemed to have an attitude but the man was nice, and I didn’t see the breakfast so idk what that was like.

Breakfast was good. Facility was quiet and clean.

It was close ish to downtown. The owners were very rude and uncaring. Unwilling to work with me during a family emergency. The room was disgusting and I felt very unsafe.

The staff was polite. There was adequate parking.
