Great beach

The unit looks exactly like the photos. It's large with two very large bed & bathrooms. Please not the two televisions are in the bedrooms and not in the common sitting room. The kitchen although supplied with a coffee maker & coffee no other condiments (ie salt, pepper, sugar) We found the place a bit sparsely decorated. The breakfast is located at the second location a few blocks away from the until, a quick easy walk. We were greeted each morning with a huge smile and hot coffee delivered by the ever charming Giusi. She was delightful making sure that we had all we needed, taking our orders for the next day. The breakfast table was always filled with a wide chose of fresh fruits, yogurts, juices, eggs were available upon demand, basically all you could want for breakfast. If you sweet breakfast fan don't miss the ricotta treat. Giusi also supplied us with a bit of salt & pepper we needed at the other unit. We felt the agent we met who gave us the keys to the unit was a bit cold, unfriendly. The coffee maker in the until could use a cleaning between clients, the reserve where the coffee cup sits was full of old coffee. None of this deterred us from enjoying our stay.

Location near the beach and restaurants. Very basic. Not much space.

We were missing some things, and the host helped out in a super-fast manner. So we really appreciated the effort.

Nice appartment in great location in San Vito. Very nice terrace and about 3 minutes from sea and same time close to center.

Big & clean apartment wit good location. We booked together with a friend and were not aware that the apartments are placedin 2 different locations (but only 5min apart). Breakfast was at the other location with very friendly staff. We booked very well in advance and after some months were informed by the location that our stay is cancelled. Another place was offered without kitchen and not close to the rented place. We did not get a plausible explanation why our stay was cancelled and only afte contacting Booking they reconfirmed our stay. This caused hassle with our holiday plans and unnecessary calls/messages. Since the apartment was directly next to the street, the windows were kept close (to allow privacy) but resulted in a dark ambience inside.

Our suite was better than even expected! It was close to everything! The boat tour and a beautiful sandy beach with clear water, were within walking distance, even for my 6 & 9 yr old. The staff was amazing!!! The breakfast minimal, as should be any continental breakfast, but super delicious! Loved the chocolate croissants!!! Ty you for a great vacation! Nothing

The unit was located within a 5 min walk to the main strip and 10 mins to the beach which is quite nice so the unit is ideally located. Plenty of shops, and restaurants on the main strip with plenty to take in. There is not much to dislike: the beach was awesome!!!

As a Booking customer for many years, this is the worst experience I have had in my travels, and I don't understand why other customers give such big scores to this location. For us it was so wrost that we have stayed only 2 night even if we have booked and payed in advance for 4 nights, and we have stayed only because we used this location to visit Trapani and Erice. I think the only things that we have liked was the watter on the beach of San Vito Lo Capo, but not the beach, the sand was a mixt of sand and different garbage: pieces of paper, plastic, plastic bottles, cigarette butts, etc. In order to give an exact description of what we didn't like, we have to take each thing separately: 1. San Vito Lo Capo as a resort is described so well on the internet, that when you arrive it's a bit shocking what you find: A dirty resort, where you find garbage thrown by people everywhere; A dirty beach, with many locations where the music is played to the max, so goodbye relaxation... 2. The apartment where we stayed is old, with outdated furniture and accessories, so that the first impression is unkempt, old and dirty. 3. The outer courtyard is unkempt, customers throw beverage cans and no one collects them, the railings are full of rust. 4. The kitchen in the apartment looks more like a room for storing garbage. 5. Windows and carpentry from other times, from which the paint was taken and torn mosquito nets 6. In the living room there is an old and very dirty sofa, with a very uncomfortable mattress 7. The bathroom was the only modernized room, but the water in the shower needs to be adjusted all the time, because it either comes out too hot or too cold, the sink gets clogged, and the water has a strange taste, that's why we brushed our teeth with water bottled. 8. Breakfast is served in the inner courtyard with a very poor appearance, even if Patrizia gives all her interest.

Great breakfast, even prettier place than it looked in the pictures. Host was very helpful and friendly. Very nice private parking few meters outside house. Nothing :)

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet location but few steps from the beach and the town center. Very nice apartment and great breakfast. Highly recommend. Smell from the sink in the bathroom.

It has a perfect location just what we wanted. Not directly at the center of the town where the night life, restaurants & souvenir shops are, because we preferred peaceful surroundings, but it is also not too far from it like just 3-5 minutes walk. From the terrace we can view the beach from afar. The grocery store is also just about 5-8 minutes walk. The host (Ms. Patrizia) took care of what we needed even if it’s not at the list of amenities: iron and griller ? the host (Ms. Giusy) who served our breakfast every morning was very nice and sweet ? Mille grazie! Overall we had a fun stay at San Vito lo Capo.
