Room was decent clean. Not horrible for the night's rate

Curtains in room were broken. Window was wide open the entire time. Informed management, they said they would fix the issue and didn’t do anything at all. After offering to move our room upstairs more with a broken elevator. Was told I would receive a call to be compensated and nobody Called. Didn’t get the correct amount of sleep due to the daylight gleaming through our room. The entire time. Highly upset and disappointed.

Hotels in the ghetto, their elevator does not work. The room smells terrible highly recommend not booking there. Bad idea. Everything could have been better at all was horrible honestly

Is was not lights in the bedroom same at the bathroom is was really dark

Refund. Very dirty. Saw three rooms and all were in bad condition.

During the last stay, which was approximately a month ago, the elevator was out. When I went back a few days ago, the elevator was still out and I was assigned a 3rd floor room. This is unacceptable.

We arrived at 12:30 a.m., so very late after our drive from Lancaster, PA to find out that neither elevator was working. They placed us on the second floor at opposite ends of the building.

It was the worst stay the the elevators were broke and the staff kept line saying they were going to get fixed and the people were there to fix them which they weren't whenever fixed not even try and been out for like months and we were stuck on the 4th floor they didn't ask us to move down or anything it was terrible it was the worst day ever and then the only thing that's about was the free laundry

Elevator did not work, but the room was most impressive and clean besides a dirty sock behind the curtains

no soap anywhere in room. wardrobe doors fell on me. TV did not work. Bed was comfortable, check in person was very nice. Neighborhood was sketchy. Elevator broken. I will never stay in a Candlewood again.

Bad

I liked the fact that there was a kitchenette in the room. The cleanliness, I changed 4 different rooms in 10 days of my stay. The clogged sink that they never took care of. The fact that the elevator never worked, the rude and disrespectful attitude of the young reception. I had booked the room for 2 weeks, I moved out to another hotel early due to all the issues that were rooted in cleaning.

Room was very clean

When arrived already had the room paid for through this app. Was told needed to put down a 100.00 deposit for the room and it would be returned if no damages after checking out. Ended up thwy charged me for it telling.me the app did not include the room rental and that was what the 100.00 was for.

Nothing

Booked a queen suite. Got put on the top floor with no working elevators and zero notice, and due to it being in a bad neighborhood and reviews reporting vehicle break-ins, we had to take all our belongings inside and needed to carry it all up 4 flights of stairs with our baby. Got to our room and the air wasn’t working in the bedroom, and the thermostat read nearly 80 degrees but the air unit wouldn’t kick on. There were no other suites available, so we had to move to a non-suite room and didn’t get a price deduction. In the new room, there were stains on the sheets, and the comforter was torn. All of the towels had someone else’s hair in them, there was pee on the toilet seat, and there were some dark, spotty stains in the tub and on the wall that looked like it might have been blood.

Perfect experience beginning to end. From the price, staff and amenities to the location and surrounding community my experience here was exceptional. I came for a NIN concert and left with a far better experience than I ever could have imagined.
