The property is in a very lovely location and there is a lot of places to eat and places to go for site seeing will definitely stay here again

No staff at the desk in the morning

Room was fine. However no one ever checked on our room during our two day stay. No cleaning, no clearing of trash, no one ever checked if we needed anything. Was informed that rooms were checked every two days. Ran out of box of tissues and was told that didn't have anymore. Went to the front desk again, and the lady found one! Was a little disappointed with the gentleman at the front desk. The lady was very helpful.

Hotel was super clean. Lobby smelled amazing. Room was updated and clean. Staff were friendly during our entire stay. Would definitely recommend!

Arrived early from the airport and the front desk help was so accommodating with getting us into a room early couldn't have been friendlier about it any questions we had they were right there and ready to answer room was impeccably cleaned no issues whatsoever with absolutely stay there again

I had a flight out of CMH the next morning so this location was perfect.

The room was mostly clean, but the bathroom was gross. The staff were ok. The parking was ok. We stayed here two nights and was woken up all hours of the night by people. We would never stay here again.

It was very clean beds were very comfortable. We will be staying there again when we come back to visit our family.

Everything in the hotel from the front desk, to the room was excellent. It bugs me to think that I have to pay five dollars for a cup of coffee in the morning. The breakfast offerings were in my mind, very overpriced and not very attractive.
