My room was very clean and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was average. Parking convenient.

Roomhad a clean smell when entered, but shortly after we could smell an underlying odor. The air-conditioning was not working well and in the middle of the night seemed to not work at all. I believe that is where the damp musty oder was from.

Unfortunately the concert was cancelled so we didn't stay overnight, turned our keys in and went home. Seems like the rooms were recently remodeled and were very nice.

Nice breakfast and plenty of tables in the eating area.

Good price for what felt like a newer hotel, that was not far from downtown Columbus. This was 1st hotl I’d been to that had 2 waffle batter flavors and had small scones. I liked that desk was on side of room with light bridge above it rather than near foot of bed, which might be challenging for person sleeping.

Wanted to cancel a night… could not make changes.

I enjoyed my stay. Definitely will return. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. Check in was easy.

Great time no complaints

Our room has a musty smell. The a/c wasn't functioning right. We turned it to 65 and it still feels warm. Didn't complain cuz we are only staying for a night.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. Staff was generally cordial, but made little effort when we asked about being assigned a double room when we had booked a king. The reply to my wife when she asked about the situation was "That's what you booked through Expedia and we don't have any kings available." Our receipt from Expedia clearly stated that we had booked a king.

The room was clean but the bathroom feels smaller than it is pictured online. The lady at the front desk was not only rude and short with me at check in, also when my 14 year old niece went downstairs to ask if they had change for a $20 bill for the vending machine. The vending machine was also very poorly stocked. The pool chlorine level was insane. A couple people in our group didn’t even go under water and their eyes were burning from the chlorine! The pool is also not heated well at all. I specifically called and asked if it was heated and they said yes which it is too cold be considered heated. I would recommend this hotel but check in online to avoid the hotel front desk staff and don’t stay here because of the pool.
