We had a fun experience. Walking distance to so many fun things. Staff were all great and accommodating. I’d for sure go back. I’ve always wanted to stay here- and my girls had a very grand experience. Valet Parking was on top of it and helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick. We miss it already.

Location and room cleanliness

Beautiful place and convenient location. Parking was insane. Front desk woman who checked me in was not friendly, but all other staff appeared to be. I just saw an additional $12 in charges on my credit card, so looking into what that could possibly be. Came for a work trip.

Clean gorgeous property

Great hotel! Everything was clean, and the staff was efficient.

The location is great The staff did the bare minimum, not rude but not friendly, hardly made eye contact. It was a far cry from the “go above and beyond” attitude that used to be the norm for the staff at this hotel. The hotel itself felt pretty run down and didn’t look like it’s been super well cared for, unfortunately. I used to come here a lot when the hotel was new. This was my first time visiting in 15 years and I was so excited, but unfortunately it was a bit of a let down. For the 4 star classification this hotel has, I expected better (like it used to be). I do not feel that the price was even remotely worth what you get in exchange. The room smelled bad, the bed was weird, the bathroom had hair in it. Big disappointment, especially since this was a splurge for us after a loss in our family.

Ended up having an omelette which was delicious. Chef was kind. Scrambles eggs were like warm and I couldn’t even cut the pancake because it was so hard.

Sandra at the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. Carpets were dirty in rooms and hallways. The toilets didn't flush well and the floor was sticky in the bathroom.

The overall hotel was fine. Nothing you wouldn’t expect. The valet services/ people at the front door aren’t so great. They don’t smell good. Like they don’t shower, further the almost wrecked my car. They stalled it three times when first dropping it off. Then the next morning forgot to turn the parking brake on so as he got out the car rolled away and he had to run to stop it. Good thing nothing was behind it.

The carpet was stained and dirty in many areas of the hotel including the lobby, hallway to our room and inside our room. The hotel has a nice look but the upkeep in the entrance area was dirty. My husband used the gym and none of the Pelton’s worked and the equipment was not up to par for that size of the hotel. The hotel externally has a nice aesthetic but cleanliness needs to be addressed.

The room was very clean and the hotel is very pretty

Our room did not have a shower curtain so we couldn’t shower upon arrival. I called the hotel desk and made them aware and asked for one, and it never came. We had to call again the following morning to get one. Other than this, our stay was great
